Cizikas (lower-body) is expected to miss Tuesday’s game and could be out for one week.

Islanders head coach Doug Weight said that he doesn’t think Cizikas’ injury is serious but it looks like he will miss some time and could be out for up to one week. With Cizikas out, Anthony Beauvillier figures to play on Tuesday.

Josefson tweaked his ankle and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.

Josefson recently returned to the Sabres’ lineup and had a goal and an assist in three games before leaving Saturday’s game in Montreal prematurely. Josefson will be out until at least late-December.

Elliott allowed five goals on 37 shots in the Flyers’ loss to the Islanders on Friday. Elliott has gone 1-3-4 with a 2.48 GAA and .923 SV% in eight starts and one relief appearance in November. Tonight he will face the Penguins in Pittsburgh—he is 3-3-2 with a 2.74 GAA and.909 SV% on the road.

Crawford allowed a single goal on 38 shots in the Blackhawks’ win in Florida on Saturday. Crawford has won three of his last four starts while allowing a combined eight goals on 140 shots (.943 SV%). The 32-year-old has gone 5-4-0 with a 2.20 GAA and .933 SV% in nine starts at the United Center this season.

Luongo allowed four goals on 39 shots in the Panthers’ loss to Chicago on Saturday. It was another busy night for Luongo, who has faced an average of 38.1 shots per game in his eight November starts—he is 4-3-1 with a 2.34 GAA and .938 SV% in those games. He will face a Devils team that is 6-3-2 while averaging 2.73 goals for per game on home ice.

Schneider will start Monday vs. the Panthers.

Schneider allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Devils’ win over the Canucks on Friday. Keith Kinkaid started on Saturday, so look for Schneider to start his 18th game of the season tonight vs. the Panthers. Schneider made 32 saves on 33 shots in a 2-1 win over Florida on November 11th.

Helllebuyck will start Monday vs. the Wild.

Hellebuyck allowed one goal on 20 shots after replacing the injured Steve Mason (concussion) on Saturday. With Mason on IR, Hellebuyck could start the next three games, starting tonight vs. the Wild. Hellebuyck has gone 2-0-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .929 SV% against the Wild this season.

Howard was in the starter's net on Monday; likely starting Tuesday vs. the Kings.

Howard allowed one goal on eight shots while replacing Petr Mrazek in the Red Wings’ overtime loss to the Devils on Saturday. Howard is on a personal three-game losing streak and is 3-2-4 with a 2.40 GAA And .918 SV% in November. Tonight he will face a Kings team that has started to tumble, losing seven of their last night games.

The Jets have placed Steve Mason (upper-body) on IR.

Mason left Saturday’s start with an upper-body injury and was placed on IR on Monday to make room for the Jets to recall Eric Comrie, who figures to serve as Connor Hellebuyck’s backup on Monday. Mason’s movement to IR means that he will have to miss at least the next three games.

The Jets have yet to release an official injury report on Mason.

MacDonald skated on the top pair with Ivan Provorov in the Flyers practice on Sunday and it looks like he will return after missing the last 15 games with a leg injury. With MacDonald back in, Samuel Morin is expected to be a healthy scratch and could very well head back to the AHL.
