Rask (migraine) will start Tuesday vs. the Red Wings.

Rask left Sunday’s with a migraine after allowing two goals on 22 shots in a game the Bruins ended up losing in Pittsburgh. He faced the Red Wings last Wednesday and gave up five goals on 25 shots in a 6-5 shootout loss. Rask hasn’t exactly been great in January, going 3-5-1 with a 2.72 GAA and .887 SV% in 10 starts this month.

Murray will start Tuesday vs. the Blues.

Murray allowed one goal on 45 shots in the Penguins win over the Bruins on Sunday. It was an outstanding performance from Murray, who has won four in a row while allowing a combined 10 goals on 121 shots (.917 SV%). Murray will make his fifth consecutive start tonight vs. the Blues, who have lost five of their last seven.

Schneider allowed three goals on 35 shots in the Devils’ win in Minnesota last Tuesday. Schneider missed both games over the weekend because of an illness, but it looks like he’ll start tonight vs. the Kings. Schneider has won two in a row while turning aside 53 of 57 shots (.930 SV%). The Kings come in on a four-game losing streak.

Smith is on pace to score fewer goals than last season (25), but is on-pace to have 20 goals, 20 assists (40 points), which would be a career-high for the 28-year-old. Smith is signed through the 2021 season.

Greiss allowed three goals on 47 shots in the Islanders’ loss to the Flyers on Sunday. Greiss has gone 3-2-3 with a 2.10 GAA and .936 SV% in eight January starts and will make his 23rd start of the season tonight vs. Columbus. He is 7-4-1 with a 2.40 GAA and .922 SV% at the Barclays Center this season.

Bobrovsky is expected to start Tuesday in Brooklyn.

Bobrovsky allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Hurricanes on Sunday. Joonas Korpisalo started on Sunday, so expect Bobrovsky to get back between the pipes tonight against the Islanders. Bob is 4-2-0 with a 2.09 GAA and .925 SV% in January and was victorious in his first start against the Islanders.

Bernier allowed four goals on 20 shots after replacing John Gibson in Saturday’s loss in Minnesota. Gibson was on the ice for the morning skate, but Bernier was the first off, which suggests he goes tonight in Winnipeg. Bernier has struggled to a 4-4-0 record by posting a 3.57 GAA and .882 SV% in nine starts and three relief appearances on the road.
