Vasilevskiy will start Tuesday in Columbus.

Vasilevskiy allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Lightning’s win vs. the Flyers last Wednesday. Ben Bishop has had his fair-share of struggles and Vasilevskiy has won four in a row while posting a 0.75 GAA, .977 SV% and two shutouts. He’s as hot as any goalie in the NHL and should start to see more playing time.

Andrei Vasilevskiy
Rask will start Tuesday in Philadelphia.

Rask stopped 30 of 32 shots in the Bruins win over the the Lightning on Sunday. After losing his last two stars, Rask got back on track with a great outing vs. Tampa Bay and is now tied for second in the NHL with 12 wins. Tonight he starts in Philadelphia—Rask has gone 7-2-0 with a 1.44 GAA and .950 SV% on the road this season.

Tuukka Rask
Anderson will start Tuesday vs. the Sabres.

Anderson stopped all 33 shots that he faced in the Senators’ shutout win in New York on Sunday. Anderson is expected to leave the team again soon, but not before tonight’s game vs. the Sabres. Anderson has won his las seven starts while posting a 1.25 GAA, .960 SV% and one shutout. He will face a Buffalo team that has lost eight of their last 10 (2-4-4).

Craig Anderson
Mrazek gets the nod for Tuesday's game vs. Dallas.

Mrazek allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Red Wings’ overtime loss to Montreal on Saturday. He was good, but Carey Price was just a little better. Mrazek has gone 3-3-1 with a 3.09 GAA and .890 SV% in seven starts at Joe Louis Arena this season and tonight he faces a struggling Stars team who is on the tail-end of a back-to-back.

Petr Mrazek
Mason will be between the pipes against Boston.

Mason allowed three goals on 23 shots in the Flyers’ loss to the Rangers on Friday. Mason has lost three of his last four starts while posting a 2.80 GAA and .899 SV%. Tonight he will take on a Bruins team that has lost four of their last six and will be without two of their regular six defensemen.

Steve Mason
Anderson is expected to start Tuesday vs.

The Islanders have activated Ryan Pulock off of IR and loaned him to Bridgeport (AHL).

Pulock has been sidelined since his season debut on October 21st and will head to Bridgeport to get back up to speed before likely returning to the Islanders. The 22-year-old blueliner has two goals and two assists (four points) in 16 career NHL games.

Ryan Pulock
Price will be in goal Tuesday in Anaheim.

Price turned aside 32 of 33 shots in the Canadiens’ overtime win in Detroit on Saturday. Price has won three of his last four starts while posting a 1.73 GAA and .942 SV%. Surprisingly, Price has only started twice on the road so far this season, unsurprisingly he has won both of them with a 1.46 GAA and .944 SV%.

Carey Price
Niemi leads the Stars onto the ice for warmups.

Niemi stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Stars’ win over the Canucks on Friday. Niemi has won his last two games, while turning aside 57 of 60 shots (.950 SV%). It has been a nice stretch in an otherwise ugly two months for Niemi, who comes into Monday with a 5.55 GAA and .846 SV% on the road. In his first start vs. the Blues, Niemi allowed two goals on 30 shots in a 6-2 win

Antti Niemi
The Hurricanes have recalled Phil Di Giuseppe from Charlotte (AHL).

With Jordan Staal sidelined indefinitely with a concussion, the Hurricanes have brought Di Giuseppe back from the AHL. Di Giuseppe failed to record a point in 11 games with the Hurricanes earlier this season, but played well in Charlotte, collecting seven points (2G / 5A) in eight games.

Phil Di Giuseppe
Staal is out indefinitely with a concussion.

Staal was caught by a stick in the head/neck area on Sunday and is reportedly out indefinitely after a suffering a concussion. This is a tough blow for the Hurricanes, who will be without their best two-way centre. Look for both Elias Lindholm and Victor Rask to play an increased role with Staal out. Phil Di Giuseppe was also recalled in a corresponding move.

Jordan Staal
Smith will start Tuesday in San Jose.

Smith allowed one goal on 42 shots in the Coyotes’ win in Edmonton on Sunday. He has now won three of his last four starts while posting a 2.53 GAA and .935 SV%. One of those wins came against the Sharks, who he will face again tonight. That evening he stopped 43 of 45 shots in a 3-2 overtime win.

Tonight will be his second start vs. the Lightning, he stopped 25 of 28 in a 5-3 win in Tampa Bay last Friday.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Little (lower-body) says he is ready to return to the lineup on Tuesday.

Little has been out since the season opener, missing the last 23 games with a lower-body injury. On Monday, Little skated on a line with with Blake Wheeler and Drew Stafford and is also expected to skate on the second power-play unit. Monitor Little’s status during the Jets’ morning skate on Tuesday.

Bryan Little
Darling (illness) missed Monday’s practice; expected to backup on Tuesday.

Darling was kept off of the ice on Monday because of an illness, but head coach Joel Quenneville said he expects Darling to be available to backup Corey Crawford.

Scott Darling
Toews (upper-body) did not practice on Monday; questionable to play on Tuesday.

Toews has missed the last two games and it appears as if he is in danger of missing No.3 tomorrow vs. Florida. If Toews can get on the ice for the pre-game skate, he could return, so monitor his status on Tuesday morning.
