The Avalanche have reassigned Reto Berra to San Antonio (AHL).

Berra has been sent to San Antonio on a conditioning stint because he has not appeared in an NHL game since December 12th because of an ankle injury.

Pavelec gave up two goals on 29 shots in the Jets loss in Carolina on Tuesday. Pavelec has gone 1-1-0 while stopping 48 of 51 shots (.941 SV%) since returning from a knee injury. Tonight, Pavelec will make his third straight start and it will come against a Lightning team that has lost four of their last five while averaging 2.00 goals per game.

Lack allowed one goal on 21 shots in the Hurricanes win over the Jets on Tuesday. Cam Ward is available for tonight’s game, but Lack will start in Ottawa. Bernier allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Maple Leafs loss in Edmonton last Thursday. Bernier has not won a game since January 6th, so he comes in on a five-game losing streak, having posted a 3.75 GAA and .885 SV% over that span. Tonight will be his third start vs. the Rangers—he is 0-2-0 with a 3.06 GAA and .891 SV% in their first two meetings of the season.

The 26-year-old comes in with a 17-5-2 record, 2.24 GAA and .923 SV% in 24 starts in cities not named San Jose.

Anderson made 38 saves on 39 shots in the Senators win over the Sabres on Tuesday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing streak for Anderson, who is 3-4-0 with a 2.75 GAA and .922 SV% since the All-Star break. Anderson has won his last three starts on home ice while posting a 0.97 GAA and .969 SV% . Tonight he faces a Hurricanes team that has won three of five.

Vasilevskiy will be in net vs. the Jets.

Vasilevskiy allowed four goals on 28 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Ottawa on February 8th. Ben Bishop has started the last four games, but will turn to Vasilevskiy tonight vs. Winnipeg. Vasilevskiy is 8-5-0 with a 2.73 GAA and .910 SV% with the Lightning and 6-4-1 with a 1.94 GAA and .935 SV% with Syracuse (AHL).

Domingue allowed two goals on 19 shots in the Coyotes win over the Canadiens Monday. Domingue has won two of three while posting a 2.00 GAA and .918 SV% and tonight he will make his 22nd start of the season and first against the Stars. Dallas comes in having won four of five, while averaging 3.20 goals per game.

Fleury gave up one goal on 28 shots in the Penguins shootout loss in Florida on Monday. Fleury has gone 3-2-1 with a 2.66 GAA and .903 SV% since the All-Star break and tonight will be his first start vs. the Red Wings. Fleury is 14-6-2 with a 2.45 GAA and .918 SV% on home ice this season, but has struggled vs. Detroit in his career.

Montoya stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Panthers shootout win over the Penguins on Monday. Roberto Luongo has allowed a combined 18 goals in his last five starts, so Montoya will get a second straight start. Montoya is 3-2-1 with a 2.03 GAA and .929 SV% on home ice this season, but had a rough outing in his first start vs. San Jose—he allowed fovea goals on 31 shots in a 5-2 loss in November.

The Maple Leafs have recalled Viktor Loov from Toronto (AHL).

Loov, 23, was a seventh round pick (209th overall) in 2012. The 6-foot-3, 200 lbs. defenseman has picked up 11 points (1G / 10A) in 48 games with the Toronto Marlies this season. Loov has been recalled under emergency conditions, but is not expected to be in the lineup on Thursday.
