Kerins is expected to make his season debut vs. San Jose on Thursday.

Kerins made his NHL debut last season, scoring four points (0G / 4A) in five games with the Flames, but has primarily been an AHL player. The 23-year-old sixth-round draft pick has 14 points (5G / 9A) in 13 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) this season. Yegor Sharangovich will be a healthy scratch to accommodate Kerins' debut.

Rory Kerins
Strome (upper-body) will make his season debut in Detroit on Thursday.

Strome has battled an upper-body injury that has delayed the start of the season, but he will debut on Thursday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 32-year-old Strome is entering his fourth season with the Ducks and has been remarkably consistent, finishing each of his previous three seasons with 41 points. That said, he is unlikely to match those totals after missing the first 16 games of the season.

Ryan Strome
Kuzmenko will be a healthy scratch in Toronto on Thursday.

Kuzmenko's ice time has dropped below eight minutes in his last two games, as he has been playing primarily on the fourth line, and he will be a healthy scratch on Thursday against the Maple Leafs. The 29-year-old Kuzmenko has seven points (3G / 4A) in 17 games this season, but has only one point (1G / 0A) in his last eight games. Jeff Malott enters the lineup as Kuzmenko's replacement.

Kuemper was the first goalie off the ice at Los Angeles' morning skate.

The Kings are 6-2-2 in their last 10, riding a two-game winning streak, and will likely turn to Kuemper between the pipes on Thursday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The 35-year-old Kuemper has been outstanding lately, saving 75 of 78 combined shots (.962 SV%) in his last three games (3-0-0). He has a 2.40 GAA and .908 SV% in 12 games this season (6-3-3). The Kings enter Thursday's contest as -135 road favorites against a Maple Leafs team that will be without Auston Matthews (upper body).

Darcy Kuemper
Wolf will start vs. San Jose on Thursday.

The Flames find themselves on another three-game losing skid and will turn to Wolf on Thursday against the San Jose Sharks as they attempt to return to the win column and inch themselves out of the NHL basement. Wolf was serviceable in his most recent outing, but was on the wrong side of a 3-2 score against the St. Louis Blues despite saving 28 of 31 shots (.903 SV%). The 24-year-old Wolf is sporting a subpar 3.24 GAA and .893 SV% in 15 games (4-10-1). That said, the Flames enter Thursday's contest as -155 home favorites against a Sharks team riding a four-game winning streak.

Dustin Wolf
Thompson will start in Florida on Thursday.

Thompson has been among the top goalies in the NHL through the early part of the 2025-25 season, and will return to the crease on Thursday against the Florida Panthers. He has a dazzling 1.56 GAA and .935 SV% in 11 games this season (7-4-0). The Capitals enter the action on Thursday as +110 road underdogs against a Panthers team that has scored the fewest goals in the Eastern Conference (2.69 GF / GP).

Logan Thompson
Skarek has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

With Alex Nedeljkovic tending to a personal matter, the Sharks have recalled Skarek from the Barracuda (AHL). The Czech goaltender made his NHL debut in 2024-25 with the Islanders, but struggled with a 0-1-0 record, .872 SV% and 3.94 GAA. He has a 3.63 GAA and .875 SV% in six games (4-2-0) with the Barracuda this season.

Jakub Skarek
Korpisalo will start in Ottawa on Thursday.

Riding an impressive season-best seven-game winning streak, the Bruins will turn to Korpisalo on Thursday against his former team, the Ottawa Senators. Korpisalo was solid between the pipes against the Senators last week, saving 20 of 22 shots (.909 SV%) in a 3-2 overtime victory. The 31-year-old goalie has a 3.24 GAA and .885 SV% in seven games this season (4-3-0). Still, Boston enters the action on Thursday as +143 road underdogs against an Ottawa team that has lost three of their last five (2-1-2).

Joonas Korpisalo
DeSmith will start in Montreal on Thursday.

DeSmith has played three of six games for the Stars in November and will return to the crease on Thursday against the Montreal Canadiens. The 34-year-old DeSmith has been excellent lately, helping the Stars collect at least a point in four straight outings (3-0-1), posting a solid 2.30 GAA and .918 SV%. The Stars have points in 10 of their last 11 (7-1-3) and enter the action on Thursday as slight +107 road underdogs against a Canadiens team coming off a disappointing 5-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings.

Joonas Korpisalo
Stolarz (upper-body) will be out vs. Los Angeles on Thursday and is considered day-to-day.

Stolarz's absence to start the second period of Tuesday's was originally thought to be performance related after he gave up three goals in the first, but following the game, it was made clear that it was due to an upper-body injury. The Maple Leafs have recalled Artur Akhtyamov from the Toronto Marlies (AHL) to serve as the backup to Dennis Hildeby on Thursday.

Anthony Stolarz
Kerins has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers (AHL).

After a disastrous opening contest, allowing seven goals on 26 shots (.731 SV%), Merilainen has followed up with two excellent outings (2-0-0), saving 55 of 59 combined shots (.932 SV%).
