Stafford has been suspended for one game for his high sticking infraction on Saturday.

Stafford caught Nick Holden with a high stick on Saturday and will miss Tuesday’s game in St. Louis after the NHL suspended him for one game. With Stafford out, look for Anthony Peluso to get back into the lineup.

The Jets have signed Dustin Byfuglien to a five-year, $38 million dollar extension.

Byfuglien was set to become an unrestricted free-agent at the end of the season and was expected to be traded as we approached the trade deadline, but that doesn’t appear to be the case anymore. Byfuglien is locked up through the 2020-21 season. He has 15 goals and 17 assists (32 points) in 52 games this season.

Bishop starts Tuesday vs. the Canadiens.

Bishop gave up three goals on 30 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Penguins last Friday. Andrei Vasilevskiy will start the first game of their back-to-back on Monday, but Bishop start’s Tuesday vs. the Canadiens. In his first start against Montreal, he allowed three goals on 34 shots in a 4-3 shootout defeat.

Reimer will get the net on Tuesday.

Reimer was pulled after allowing three goals on eight shots in the Maple Leafs blowout loss to the Senators on Saturday. Reimer was not given a chance by his teammates and it was a mercy pull by Mike Babcock. Reimer will make his first start of the season vs. the Flames—he has gone 6-5-1 with a 2.26 GAA and .929 SV% on the road this season.

Gibson gets the nod Monday in Pittsburgh.

Gibson stopped 23 of 25 shots in the Ducks win in Los Angeles last Thursday. Frederik Andersen got the nod on Saturday, but they’ll go back to Gibson tonight in his hometown. In his first start against the Penguins, he stopped 23 of 24 shots in a 2-1 win. Gibson has gone 4-2-1 with a 1.96 GAA and .918 SV% on the road this season.

Vasilevskiy starts Monday in Ottawa.

Vasilevskiy stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Lightning’s shutout won over the Maple Leafs on January 27th. It was Vasilevskiy’s eighth win and first shutout of the season. He gets the nod tonight in Ottawa with Ben Bishop starting on Tuesday. Vasilevskiy has gone 4-3-0 with a 2.64 GAA and .912 SV% on the road this season.

Lundqvist will start Monday vs. the Devils.

Lundqvist allowed two goals on 28 shots in the Rangers win in Philadelphia on Saturday. Lundqvist has won three of his last four starts while posting a 2.47 GAA and .897 SV%. Tonight will be his third start against the Devils—he has gone 0-1-1 with a 2.46 GAA and .898 SV% in their first two meetings.

Montoya will start Monday in Detroit.

Montoya allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Panthers win over the Capitals last Tuesday. Dating back to December 4th, Montoya has won six of eight starts while only allowing more than two goals once. Tonight he gets the nod in Detroit. Montoya is an impressive 6-1-0 with a 1.81 GAA and .934 SV% on the road this year.

Anderson will start Monday vs. the Lightning.

Anderson allowed one goal on 27 shots in the Senators win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. It was a nice outing from Anderson, who had lost three in a row while giving up a whopping 12 goals. Tonight he will make his 43 start of the season and second vs. the Lightning. In their first meeting, Anderson allowed three goals on 29 shots in a 4-1 loss.

Fleury will be in goal Monday vs. the Ducks.

Fleury was pulled after allowing four goals on 14 shots in the Penguins loss in Tampa Bay on Friday. Jeff Zatkoff started on Saturday, but they’ll go back to Fleury tonight vs. the Ducks. Fleury allowed two goals on 25 shots in a 2-1 loss in his first start vs. Anaheim. Fleury has gone 13-5-2 with a 2.49 GAA and .916 SV% on home ice.
