Halak starts Tuesday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Halak was yanked after allowing four goals on 13 shots in the Islanders loss to the Red Wings on Saturday. Thomas Greiss started on Sunday, but they’ll go back to Halak tonight in Columbus. Halak has struggled recently, losing three in a row while posting a 4.04 GAA and .836 SV%. Tonight he takes on a Blue Jackets team who have won four of their last five.

Jaroslav Halak
Korpisalo will be in goal vs. the Islanders.

Korpisalo stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Flames last Friday. Korpisalo has won two in a row while stopping 67 of 69 shots (.971 SV%) and comes in as the winner of four of his last five outings. He has helped the Blue Jackets weather the storm without Sergei Bobrovsky and tonight he will make his seventh consecutive start.

Joonas Korpisalo
Lehner stats Tuesday vs. the Panthers.

Lehner allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Sabres OT loss in Boston on Saturday. The loss snapped a brief two game winning streak for Lehner, who is 2-3-1 with a 2.17 GAA and .940 SV% in six starts since returning to the Sabres’ crease. Tonight he faces a hot Panthers team coming off of a loss last night and could be without star centre Aleksander Barkov.

Robin Lehner
Korpisalo is in the starter's crease this morning.

Korpisalo stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Flames last Friday. Korpisalo has won two in a row while stopping 67 of 69 shots (.971 SV%) and comes in as the winner of four of his last five outings. He has helped the Blue Jackets weather the storm without Sergei Bobrovsky and tonight it looks like he will make his seventh consecutive start.

Joonas Korpisalo
Beaulieu will be back in the Canadiens lineup on Tuesday.

Beaulieu was a healthy scratch in the last two games, but will re-enter the lineup tonight with Jeff Petry out with a lower-body injury. Beaulieu has 16 points (2G / 14A) and a minus-1 rating in 51 games this season. He will skate alongside Mark Barberio.

Nathan Beaulieu
Petry (lower-body) will not play on Tuesday.

Petry will not play tonight because of a lower-body injury, so Nathan Beaulieu will re-enter the lineup after sitting for the last two games. Petry is on-pace for 25 points this season, which would tie his career-high set in 2011-12. Petry is considered day-to-day.

Jeff Petry
Mason gets the call vs. Anaheim.

Mason allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Flyers loss in Washington on Sunday. Tonight would mark his fifth consecutive start and he’s gone 2-1-1 with a 2.47 GAA and .923 SV% in his previous four. He’ll take on Ducks team that is on the tail-end of a back-to-back after getting beat up 6-2 by the Penguins last night.

Steve Mason
Rask is in the starter's crease this morning.

Rask stopped one goal on 38 shots in the Bruins win over the Sabres on Saturday. He has won two in a row while stopping 63 of 66 (.955 SV%) and will look to make it three straight tonight vs. the Kings. Ask is 9-11-2 on home ice and L.A comes in at fifth in the NHL in scoring on the road (2.88 G/PG).

Tuukka Rask
Schneider will start for the second straight night.

Schneider allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Devils 2-1 loss to the Rangers last night. The Devils will go back to him for the third time in four nights—he lost each of the two previous games despite stopping 62 of 66 shots (.939 SV%). He’ll be facing an Oilers team who was blown out twice on the weekend, being outscored 13-2.

Cory Schneider
Elliott starts Tuesday vs. the Jets.

Elliott turned aside 38 of 39 shots in the Blues’ 4-1 win over the Wild on Saturday. Elliott has won two of his last three while posting a 1.35 GAA, .954 SV% and one shutout. He has gone 7-3-1 since Jake Allen went down with an injury and tonight he will make his 12th consecutive start. Tonight he’ll face a Jets team that has lost five of their last seven.

Brian Elliott
Mason is expected to start Tuesday vs. the Ducks.

Steve Mason
Barkov left Monday's game with an upper-body injury and did not return.

Barkov was crunched in his own zone by Red Wings forward Justin Abdelkader and left the game with a potential concussion. Barkov has turned into a star this season and this would be a huge blow to the Panthers offence if he misses an extended period of time. If he’s out for any period of time, look for Nick Bjugstad to play an extended role for the Panthers.

Aleksander Barkov
Varlamov is scheduled to start in goal on Tuesday.

Varlamov allowed four goals on 39 shots in Colorado’s loss to the Jets in his return to the crease on Saturday. Varlamov has gone 4-1-0 with a 1.60 GAA and .956 SV% in his last five starts. Tuesday will be his first start vs. the Canucks—Varlamov comes in at 11-8–3 with a 3.04 GAA and .902 SV% on home ice.

Semyon Varlamov
Luongo will start Tuesday in Buffalo.

Luongo allowed three goals on 35 shots in the Panthers loss to the Penguins on Saturday. Al Montoya will start on Monday with Luongo going vs. the Sabres on Tuesday. It will be his fourth start against Buffalo, he has gone 2-1-0 with a 2.02 GAA and .922 SV% in the first three meetings.

Roberto Luongo
Hiller starts Tuesday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Hiller stopped 34 of 35 shots in the Flames win over the Canucks on Saturday. It was Hiller’s first win since January 13th and sixth of the season. Jonas Hiller
