Price surrendered five goals on 28 shots in the Canadiens 5-1 loss to the Canucks on Tuesday. It was Price’s first loss of the season, snapping an impressive seven-game winning streak. Price comes into play on Thursday with a 7-1-0 record, 1.75 GAA and .945 SV%. He remains a must-start tonight vs. the Oilers.

Andersen allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Ducks 4-3 loss to the Stars on Thursday. The Ducks finally scored in front of Andersen, but it still wasn’t enough to earn his first win of the season. Andersen enters play on Thursday with a 0-4-2 record, 2.05 GAA and .931 SV%. He will face a Blues team that is tied for 11th in scoring—2.78 goals per game.

Hutchinson allowed four goals on 30 shots in the Jets win vs. Minnesota on Sunday. Hutchinson has won all three of his starts this season while posting a 2.00 GAA and .935 SV%. On Thursday it looks like he will face a Blackhawks team who is 6-3-0 despite averaging just 2.11 goals per game.

Darling allowed four goals on 24 shots in the Blackhawks’ loss in Washington back on October 15th. He has only appeared in two games this season, going 1-1-0 with a 2.51 GAA and .906 SV%. He is expected to make start No. 3 of the season tonight in Minnesota. The Wild currently rank eighth in the NHL with 3.11 goals per game.

Dubnyk starts Friday vs. the Blackhawks.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 25 shots in the Wild’s 4-3 win over the Oilers on Tuesday. Dubnyk has won six of eight starts despite posting a .905 SV% in October. He will look to close the month out on a high note when he takes on the Blackhawks on Friday. He catches a break with Chicago being on the second half of a back-to-back.

Stalberg missed Sunday’s game vs. the Flames and he will miss Friday’s contest vs. the Maple Leafs. The Rangers said Stalberg needs “one more day,” so look for him to return on Tuesday vs. the Capitals.

Lack will be between the pipes Thursday vs. the Islanders.

Lack was pulled after he allowed four goals on 13 shots in the Hurricanes loss in San Jose on Saturday. Lack has struggled in his first two starts with the Hurricanes—he has allowed seven goals on 42 shots (.833 SV%). He will face an Islanders team that is tied for fourth in the NHL with 3.44 goals per game.

Talbot will be in goal Thursday vs. Montreal.

Talbot allowed four goals on 28 shots in the Oilers 4-3 loss in Minnesota on Tuesday. Talbot has started the season 2-5-0 with a 2.58 GAA and .909 SV% in his first seven starts with the Oilers. It will be tough for him to earn a win tonight with the Canadiens in town.

Miller made 25 saves on 26 shots in the Canucks 5-1 win over the previously undefeated Canadiens. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for Miller, who is now 4-2-3 with a 1.97 GAA and .930 SV% on the season. Tonight he will face a Stars team who is averaging 3.44 goals per game.

Howard will start on Friday vs. the Senators.

Howard gave up three goals on 40 shots in the Red Wings OT loss to the Flames last Friday. After winning his first two starts of the season with only two goals against, Howard has dropped his last two outings while allowing a combined eight goals on 76 shots (.895 SV%). He draws a tough matchup on Friday vs. a Senators team averaging 3.00 goals per game.

Bernier will start Friday in New York.

Bernier allowed five goals on 27 shots in the Maple Leafs loss in Montreal last Saturday. He has yet to win a game in five starts and has posted a meagre .902 SV% in the process. Things don’t get any easier for Bernier on Sunday when he takes on the Rangers in New York. Bernier has posted a 3.29 GAA and .894 SV% in four starts on the road.
