Scrivens will start Monday in Detroit.

Scrivens stopped 38 of 39 shots in the Oilers 2-1 shootout loss to the Blackhawks on Friday. It was a great outing for Scrivens, but he still couldn’t walk away with the W. He was given last night off, so he will start tonight in Detroit. Scrivens has gone 2-7-6 with a 2.93 GAA and .899 SV% on the road this season.

Ben Scrivens
Luongo (shoulder) skated on Monday; won't commit to playing on Thursday.

Luongo has missed the last two games with a shoulder injury, but with the Panthers off until Thursday, there is a chance he could be back vs. the Jets. He said he felt good today, but wouldn’t say whether or not he thinks he will play on Thursday.

Roberto Luongo
Lander (shoulder) will return to the Oilers lineup on Monday.

Lander has missed the last seven games with a shoulder injury, but will return tonight vs. the Red Wings. Prior to getting injured, Lander had picked up three goals in his last five games. He is expected to replace Keith Aulie, who served as a seventh defenseman yesterday vs. Carolina.

Anton Lander
Kennedy will make his Islanders debut on Monday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Kennedy will start on the Islanders third line tonight vs. the Maple Leafs. He missed the first three games after the trade deadline with an upper-body injury. Kennedy has nine points (4G / 5A) in 25 games.

Tyler Kennedy
Neuvirth will be in goal on Monday vs. Toronto.

Neuvirth allowed three goals on 18 shots in the Islanders 4-3 shootout loss to the Panthers on Saturday. He will start a second straight game tonight in Toronto, which leaves Jaroslav Halak for tomorrow vs. the Rangers. Neuvirth went 1-1-0 with a 3.00 GAA and .915 SV% vs. the Leafs while with Buffalo; things should be easier with the Islanders.

Michal Neuvirth
Kadri will be a healthy scratch on Monday vs. New York.

Kadri was sent home on Sunday after showing up late for a team meeting. Kadri said he “slept in” which is why he missed the team meeting. He will take a seat tonight with Brandon Kozun drawing in for him. Peter Holland will centre the second line with Kadri in the press box.

Nazem Kadri
Bjugstad (undisclosed) missed Panthers practice on Monday.

The flu has been making its rounds around the Panthers locker room, so that is likely what Bjugstad is dealing with. Florida does not play again until Thursday, so he has plenty of time to get back on the ice and be ready for their matchup with the Jets.

Nick Bjugstad
Ekblad (illness) returned to Panthers practice on Monday.

Ekblad missed the first game of his NHL career on Saturday, but he seems to be over the illness and should definitely be back in the lineup on Thursday vs. the Jets. Ekblad is having a sensational season for an 18-year-old, registering 11 goals and 23 assists (34 points) in 65 games.

Aaron Ekblad
Bolland (illness) returned to Panthers practice on Monday.

Bolland has missed the last nine games, mostly due to an upper-body injury, but right when he was set to return he fell victim to the flu. He was back on the ice this morning and he is expected to be back in the lineup for the Panthers game vs.` Winnipeg on Thursday.

Dave Bolland
Varlamov left Sunday’s game with a lower-body injury and did not return.

Varlamov made 29 saves on 30 shots before leaving the game with just over five minutes remaining in the third period. Reto Berra came in and closed the door, preserving Varlamov’s 22nd victory of the season. He is considered day-to-day for the time being, but expect an update from the Avs in the next 24 hours.

Semyon Varlamov
Dubnyk will start Sunday vs. Colorado.

Dubnyk made 37 saves on 38 shots in the Wild’s 3-1 win over the Hurricanes on Friday. He has won five in a row while posting a 1.38 GAA and .956 SV%. He will face a Colorado team who have won three of four, but their one loss came against Dubnyk and the Wild last Saturday.

Devan Dubnyk
The Red Wings will recall Petr Mrazek from Grand Rapids (AHL).

Jonas Gustavsson was injured in Sunday’s loss to the Bruins and will not be available for Monday’s game, so Mrazek will be recalled. Mrazek has been great since going to Grand Rapids and now sits 9-2-1 with a 2.06 GAA, .927 SV% and three shutouts in 13 games with GR.

Petr Mrazek
Gustavsson left Sunday’s game with an undisclosed injury and did not return.

Gustavsson did not come back out for the third period of Sunday’s loss to the Bruins. Gustavsson was run over by Milan Lucic, which is likely when he suffered the injury. He will not be available for Monday’s game, so Petr Mrazek will be recalled.
