Grigorenko, 20, has registered 10 goals and 21 assists (31 points) in 38 games with Rochester. With the Sabres breaking down their roster at the deadline, it looks like Grigorenko will be with the team for the remainder of the season. He has two points (1G / 1A) in 12 games with Buffalo.
Leopold was acquired from the Blue Jackets yesterday and will make his Wild debut tonight with Marco Scandella out with an undisclosed injury. Leopold has one goal and two assists in 25 games this season.
Spurgeon will miss his sixth straight game with a head injury, that is suspected to be a concussion. He was not expected to play today, but Thursday is possible for a return.
Scandella suffered an undisclosed injury on Saturday and it will force him to miss today’s game, despite practicing on Monday. With Scandella out, Jordan Leopold will make his Wild debut.
Ehrhoff said he experienced a reoccurrence of concussion symptoms after returning to the lineup last Wednesday. He has skated for the two straight days, so there is a chance that he could return on Wednesday in Colorado.
