Glencross (lower-body) is not expected to play on Saturday.

Glencross suffered a lower-body injury against the Coyotes on Thursday. On Friday coach Bob Hartley listed him as doubtful and he did not take part in the morning skate, so do not expect to see Glencross tonight in San Jose. With Glencross out, Lance Bouma skated in the Flames top-6 this morning.

Curtis Glencross
Quick will be back in goal for L.A.

Quick replaced Martin Jones on Wednesday, but allowed two goals on seven shots and Jones returned to the crease for the third period. It was a rough night for both Kings’ net minders, but they will go with Quick tonight vs. the Ducks. He is 1-0-1 with a 3.30 GAA and .910 SV% vs. Anaheim this season.

Jonathan Quick
Andersen will start Saturday for the Ducks.

Andersen stopped all 28 shots that he faced in the Ducks 4-0 win over the Maple Leafs on Wednesday. He was given last night off, but will start tonight in Los Angeles. Andersen has won four straight while posting a 2.41 GAA and .924 SV%. In two games against the Kings, he has allowed six goals on 47 shots (.872 SV%).

Frederik Andersen
Niemi is the Sharks' confirmed starter.

Niemi made 24 saves on 25 shots in the Sharks win over the Maple Leafs on Thursday. He has stopped 51 of 54 shots (.944 SV%) in back-to-back wins and will go for three straight tonight vs. the Flames. Niemi is 1-1-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .943 SV% against Calgary this season.

Antti Niemi
Lundqvist will start vs. Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Lundqvist stopped 35 of 36 shots in the Rangers win over the Blue Jackets on Friday night. He has been great in the 2015 calendar year, going 4-1-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .953 SV% so far. This afternoon he will take on a Penguins team he has already gone 2-0-1 with a 1.59 GAA and .953 SV% against this season.

Henrik Lundqvist
Smith will start for the Coyotes.

Smith allowed three goals on 24 shots in the Coyotes loss to the Flames on Thursday. With Devan Dubnyk gone, this is his team again, but his 2-3-0 record, 3.61 GAA and .885 SV% in January shows, this boat is not turning around anytime soon. Tonight he goes head-to-head with Dubnyk, but regardless, just look at your other options.

Mike Smith
Jones did not take part in the morning skate because of an illness.

Kings head coach Darryl Sutter said that Jones was “a little sick” this morning. He said he does not have mono, which teammate Tyler Toffoli is battling. Expect Jones to suit up and serve as Jonathan Quick’s backup vs. the Ducks.

Martin Jones
Nick Shore is expected to make his NHL debut on Saturday.

Shore has served as a healthy scratch for the first two games during his recall, but it looks like he will get into the lineup tonight vs. the Ducks. Shore had 41 points (20G / 21A) in 37 games with Manchester (AHL).

Nick Shore
Niemi was the first goalie off of the ice for the Sharks.

Antti Niemi
Quick is expected to be in goal on Saturday.

Quick replaced Martin Jones on Wednesday, but allowed two goals on seven shots and Jones returned to the crease for the third period. It was a rough night for both Kings’ net minders, but it looks like they will go with Quick tonight vs. the Ducks. He is 1-0-1 with a 3.30 GAA and .910 SV% vs. Anaheim this season.

Jonathan Quick
Crawford will be in goal on Sunday.

Crawford gave up three goals on 34 shots in the Blackhawks loss to the Jets on Friday. The loss makes him 3-3-0 with a 2.52 GAA and .928 SV% in six starts in January. Despite an average record this month, he has been very good against the Stars this season—going 3-0-0 with a 2.58 GAA and .913 SV%.

Corey Crawford
Luongo will start on Saturday vs. Edmonton.

Luongo allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Panthers loss to the Avalanche on Thursday. That is back-to-back losses for Bobby Lu, but he should be able to get back into the win column tonight with the Oilers in town. He stopped 31 of 33 shots in a 4-2 win over Edmonton last Friday.

Roberto Luongo
Perreault (arm) has no fracture, but is expected to miss a few games.

Perreault was buried by a cross-check from Blackhawks forward Daniel Carcillo last night. He left the game and did not return. The good news is that he has no fracture, the bad news is that he is going to miss a few games with an arm injury.

Mathieu Perreault
Fehr is questionable for Saturday’s game vs. Dallas.

Fehr missed Friday’s game with a lower-body injury and is listed as day-to-day. The Capitals did not have a morning skate because of the back-to-back, so there is no word on whether Fehr is expected to be back in the lineup tonight.

Eric Fehr
Booth (nose) will return to the Maple Leafs lineup on Saturday.

Booth missed Thursday’s game with a fractured nose that he suffered on Wednesday. However, he will return tonight, but coach Horachek would not say whether Matt Frattin or Troy Bodie would come out of the lineup.
