Mrazek will be between the pipes vs. St. Louis.

Mrazek stopped 25 of 26 shots in the Red Wings 3-1 win over the Sabres on Tuesday. The win moved him to 6-3-1 with a 2.16 GAA and .920 SV% on the season. Tonight he will make his third career start (fourth appearance) vs. the Blues—He is 2-0-0 with a 0.80 GAA, .969 SV% and one shutout in their previous encounters.

Rinne will miss at least the next three games with a sprained knee.

During the third period of the Nashville Predators 5-1 victory on Tuesday night, goaltender Rinne sustained a sprained knee which will cause him to miss the next three games and All-Star Weekend, the club announced Thursday. Rinne’s status will be re-evaluated and updated after the NHL All-Star Break. Carter Hutton becomes the Predators temporary starter.

Pekka Rinne
Rask was the first goalie off of the ice for the Bruins.

Rask allowed three goals on 19 shots in the Bruins 4-3 win over the Lightning on Tuesday. He followed up his three-game losing streak with a three-game winning streak while allowing six goals on 82 shots (.928 SV%). He will start vs. the Rangers at TD Garden, where he is 13-4-4- with a 2.26 GAA and .917 SV% this season.

Tuukka Rask
Bishop will start on Thursday vs. Edmonton.

Bishop surrendered four goals on 34 shots in the Lightning’s loss to the Bruins on Tuesday night. His last two nights have been rough, but he should have no trouble getting back on track tonight with the Oilers in town. Bishop is 21-7-2, despite posting an average 2.41 GAA and .909 SV% this season.

Ben Bishop
Emery is the Flyers probable starter on Thursday.

Emery allowed three goals on 13 shots after replacing Steve Mason in last Saturday’s loss to the Bruins. He was Rob Zepp’s backup for the last two games, but he is expected to start tonight in the second game of a back-to-back. He is 7-7-1 with a 3.21 GAA and .889 SV% in 13 starts this season.

The Maple Leafs have recalled Matt Frattin from Toronto (AHL).

The Maple Leafs are without Leo Komarov and David Booth, who was injured last night, so Frattin has been recalled and is expected to play tonight vs. the Sharks. He registered 10 goals and three assists (13 points) in 22 games with the Marlies.

Matt Frattin
Booth left Wednesday’s game with a head injury and did not return.

Booth went in to hit Sami Vatanen, who got his elbow up and caught Booth in the head. Booth went down and was woozy heading back to the bench. He has a history of concussion problems, so their is obviously a huge concern for the 30-year-old forward. Booth won’t play on Thursday, Matt Frattin has been recalled.

David Booth
The NHL has suspended Ryan Suter for two games for elbowing Penguins forward Steve Downie.

Suter will miss the Wild's game against the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday and against the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday in St. Paul. He will forfeit $81,058.72 in salary because of the suspension. The Wild called up Matt Dumba from the American Hockey League on Wednesday and will insert Jon Blum into the lineup Thursday.

Ryan Suter
Dubnyk will make his Wild debut on Thursday in Buffalo.

Dubnyk surrendered three goals on 25 shots in a loss to the Sharks in his last start with Arizona. He was acquired yesterday and will make his Wild’s debut tonight vs.the Sabres. He goes from a team who allowed an average of 31.8 shots per game to the Wild who allow 2.7.2. He was 9-5-2 with a 2.72 GAA and .916 SV% so far this season.

Devan Dubnyk
Brodeur has taken a one-week leave of absence from the team.

The Blues have been rolling with three goalies since Brian Elliott returned from IR and Broduer has been on the sidelines from the last five contests. His leave of absence is presumably to return home and debate his future.

Martin Brodeur
Beleskey is expected to be a healthy scratch tonight vs. Toronto.

This comes as a bit of a surprise considering Beleskey is leading the team in goals with 17, but his playing time has been diminishing as of late, so head coach Bruce Boudreau must want him to correct something. Tim Jackman will play with Beleskey out.

Matt Beleskey
The Wild have acquired Devan Dubnyk from the Coyotes for a 2015 third-round pick.

The Wild are in desperate need of goaltending, so they have shipped a third rounder in this summer’s draft to the Coyotes for Dubnyk who is set to become a UFA. Dubnyk has gone 9-5-2 with a 2.72 GAA and .916 SV% in his first year with the Coyotes. He heads to the Wild, who are 4th in the NHL in shots against per game (27.2) but rank 24th in team GAA (3.02).
