Doan played just 13:31 compared to his 18:30 TOI AVG, so he must have suffered an injury in the late stages of Tuesday’s game vs. San Jose. With Doan likely to come out of the lineup, Martin Hanzal is expected to return.

Tonight he will face the Maple Leafs, he was pulled after allowing four goals on 20 shots in a 6-2 loss in Toronto in mid-December.
Komarov, who left Monday’s game with an upper-body injury and did not return, is not on the ice for the Maple Leafs morning skate, which suggests he will not play tonight vs. the Ducks. With Komarov out, Sam Carrick is expected to draw back in.

Talbot stopped all 12 shots that he faced after replacing Henrik Lundqvist in the Rangers 3-0 loss to the Islanders on Tuesday. Talbot has stopped 58 of the last 61 shots (.951 SV%) that he has faced entering play on Thursday. He will take on a Bruins team who have won four in a row while outscoring their opponent 13-6.
Jones stopped all 19 shots that he faced in Monday’s 2-0 shutout win over the Maple Leafs. Jones has four wins on the year, three of them have come via the shutout. He has an incredible seven shutouts in just 26 starts and makes for an excellent spot-start tonight with the Devils in town.
Stepan missed Wednesday’s practice after suffering an upper-body injury in the Rangers loss to the Islanders on Tuesday. With Stepan likely out, look for J.T Miller to centre the Rangers’ second line. Stepan is listed as day-to-day.

The shutout earned Ortio another start tonight vs. the visiting Coyotes. He should make for a strong spot-start, especially in win-only leagues—The Coyotes have lost four of six while being outscored 24-13.

With Derek Stepan sidelined with an upper-body injury, Miller skated between Chris Kreider and Martin St. Louis in Wednesday’s practice. Miller played well while Derick Brassard was out, so the move back into the top-6 should spark Miller’s production. He has four assists in his last five games.

Stewart missed Tuesday’s game vs. Detroit, but will be back tomorrow vs. the Wild. Stewart has just 12 points (5G / 7A) and a minus-19 rating in 42 games.
Enroth allowed five goals on 31 shots in the Sabres loss to the Hurricanes last Thursday. He has lost five in a row while allowing a combined 19 goals on 148 shots (.872 SV%). His recent struggles led to Michal Neuvirth starting the last two games, but Enroth will be back in goal tonight vs. a Wild team who have lost six consecutive games.
Parenteau missed the last three games with an upper-body injury he suffered on January 2nd in New Jersey. He will skate on a line with Alex Galchenyuk and Brandon Prust tonight in Columbus. He has 15 points (6G / 9A) in 38 games this season and has not registered a goal since November 28th.
Arcobello, who was originally traded to Nashville from Edmonton for Derek Roy, was placed on waivers yesterday and claimed by Pittsburgh this afternoon. He will join former Oilers teammate David Perron, who was traded to the Penguins in early January. Arcobello has 12 goals and 19 assists (31 points) in 82 career NHL games.
Holtby stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Capitals’ 2-1 victory over the Avalanche on Monday. He has yet to lose in regulation since the calendar turned over to 2015—he is 5-0-1 with a 2.00 GAA and .938 SV% over that span. He allowed three goals on 33 shots in s 3-2 OT loss in Philadelphia last Thursday.
Anisimov skated for the first time since suffering a torn tricep on November 29th in Nashville. The Blue Jackets are starting to get healthy, but he was originally expected to miss 2-3 months, so don’t expect him back for a couple of weeks at least.
