Mateychuk (undisclosed) will not travel on Columbus' road trip and is being further evaluated.

Mateychuk played a season-low 13:01 time-on-ice in the Blue Jackets' most recent game due to an undisclosed injury, and will likely be sidelined for at least the next four games on team's upcoming road trip. The 21-year-old Mateychuk was fitting in nicely on the Blue Jackets' top defensive pair alongside Zach Werenski, tallying five points (3G / 2A) in 12 games before his injury.

Denton Mateychuk
Vladar is in the starter's crease at Philadelphia's morning skate.

With Samuel Ersson (undisclosed) still sidelined, Vladar remains the Flyers' number-one option between the pipes, and he will likely return there on Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens. The 28-year-old Vladar has been solid this season but is coming off his worst performance of 2025-25, allowing four games on 19 shots (.789 SV%) in a 5-2 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs. He has a 2.11 GAA and .924 SV% in seven games this season (4-3-0). The Flyers enter Tuesday's matchup with the Canadiens as +139 road underdogs.

Dan Vladar
Swayman will start on Long Island on Tuesday.

The 7-7-0 Bruins will turn to Swayman between the pipes on Tuesday against the New York Islanders. The 26-year-old Swayman was excellent in his most recent outing, saving 28 of 29 shots (.966 SV%) in a 2-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes. He has a 3.14 GAA and .896 SV% in eight games this season (4-4-0). The Bruins enter Tuesday's contest as +140 road underdogs against an Islanders team riding a two-game winning streak.

Jeremy Swayman
Kochetkov was the first goalie off the ice at Carolina's morning skate.

Kochetkov missed the first month of the season with a lower-body injury, but was assigned to the Chicago Wolves (AHL) on a conditioning loan on Friday. The 26-year-old netminder stopped 22 of 23 shots in a win during his only conditioning start. Kochetkov posted a 2.60 GAA and .897 SV% in 47 appearances with the Hurricanes last season (27-16-3), and will make his Hurricanes’ season debut on Tuesday against the New York Rangers. The Hurricanes enter Tuesday's contest as slight -110 road favorites against the Rangers.

Pyotr Kochetkov
Lyon will start vs. Utah on Tuesday.

Lyon did not play in Buffalo's previous game, but he will return to the crease on Tuesday against the Utah Mammoth. After an outstanding start to the season, posting a 2.40 GAA and .929 SV% in five games (2-3-0), Lyon's game has tailed off slightly, posting a 3.50 GAA and .889 SV% in his last four games (1-1-2). The Sabres enter Tuesday's contest as +121 home underdogs against an 8-4-0 Mammoth team that is currently in a two-game losing skid.

Alex Lyon
Nashville has recalled Zachary L'Heureux from Milwaukee (AHL).

L'Heureux was drafted 27th-overall by the Predators in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. The 22-year-old forward made his NHL debut last season, scoring 15 points (5G / 10A) in 62 games, but has started the 2025-26 season in the AHL, where he has six points (4G / 2A) in seven games with the Milwaukee Admirals this season.

Zachary L'Heureux
Kozak (lower-body) is a possibility to return on Thursday vs. St. Louis.

Kozak has not played since October 24th, recovering from a lower-body injury, but could return to the lineup on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues. The 22-year-old Kozak is averaging 9:52 time-on-ice, recording 19 hits and two goals in seven games.

Tyson Kozak
Montembeault will start vs. Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Unexpectedly, the Canadiens have alternated goalies this season, with both Jakub Dobes and Sam Montembeault starting six games. Dobes has been the better of the two goalies, but Montembeault will be between the pipes on Tuesday against the Philadelphia Flyers. The 29-year-old Montembeault has a concerning 3.66 GAA and .839 SV% in six games this season (3-3-0). Still, the Canadiens enter Tuesday's contest as -152 home favorites against a Flyers team that is tied for last in the Eastern Conference with a 6-5-1 record.

Sam Montembeault
Skinner will start in Dallas on Tuesday.

The night after a disappointing 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues, the Oilers will turn to Skinner between the pipes against the Dallas Stars. The 27-year-old Skinner played well in his most recent outing, saving 27 of 29 shots (.931 SV%) in a 3-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks. He has a 2.52 GAA and .900 SV% in nine games this season (4-3-2). This will be the first time Skinner has faced the Stars since posting a 2.01 GAA and .924 SV% in five games (4-1-0) against them in the Western Conference Finals. The Oilers enter Tuesday's contest as slight +107 road underdogs against a Stars team that has points in six straight games (3-0-3).

Stuart Skinner
Zucker (illness) has been placed on IR.

Zucker is battling an illness and has been placed on Injured Reserve retroactive to November 1st. He will miss at least two games before he is eligible to return to the lineup. The 33-year-old Zucker is averaging 14:44 time-on-ice, recording seven points (4G / 3A), 15 hits, and 27 shots in 12 games this season.

Jason Zucker
Montembeault is expected to start vs. Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Unexpectedly, the Canadiens have alternated goalies this season, with both Jakub Dobes and Sam Montembeault starting six games. Dobes has been the better of the two goalies, but Montembeault will likely be between the pipes on Tuesday against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Watson has been reassigned to Grand Rapids (AHL).

Watson is no stranger to the NHL, with 121 points (63G / 58A) in 528 career games, but his physical presence has primarily been felt in the AHL the past two seasons. The 33-year-old Watson scored 42 points (19G / 23A) and recorded 112 penalty minutes in 60 games with the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL) last season.

Austin Watson
Vaakanainen (lower-body) is out vs. Carolina on Tuesday.

Vaakanainen is battling a lower-body injury and will not play on Tuesday against the Carolina Hurricanes. The 26-year-old Finnish defenseman is averaging 14:53 time-on-ice and has one points (0G / 1A) in 10 games this season. Matthew Robertson will draw into the lineup as Vaakanainen's replacement.

Urho Vaakanainen
Shesterkin will start vs. Carolina on Tuesday.

The Rangers started the season with otherworldly goaltending from Shesterkin, despite a losing 2-3-1 record, posting a 1.20 GAA and a .957 SV% in those six outings. Oddly enough, Shesterking has dropped off significantly, posting an ugly 4.00 GAA and .845 SV% in four games since, but has managed a better 2-1-1 record. The Rangers enter Tuesday's contest as slight -101 home underdogs against a Carolina Hurricanes team that has lost three of its last four games (1-3-0).

Igor Shesterkin
Ostlund has been recalled from Rochester (AHL).

Ostlund was drafted 16th-oveall by the Sabres in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft but has yet to establish himself as a full-time presence in the NHL. The 21-year-old forward spent most of the 2024-25 season in the AHL, where he scored 36 points (19G / 17A) in 45 games with the Rochester Americans.

Noah Ostlund
Lyon is in the starter's crease at Buffalo's morning skate.

Lyon did not play in Buffalo's previous game, but he will likely return to the crease on Tuesday against the Utah Mammoth.

Alex Lyon
Meyers is a healthy scratch for Monday's game against the Blackhawks.

Berkly Catton was originally thought to be the odd-man out as Jani Nyman re-enters the lineup, but it will ultimately be Meyers who takes a seat on Monday. Meyers has no goals and two assists in five games this season.

Ben Meyers
Daccord will start against the Blackhawks on Monday.

Seattle has points in four straight (2-0-2) and will hope to keep the streak going on Monday, with Daccord tending the twine against the Chicago Blackhawks. The 29-year-old Daccord has kept his team within each of almost every game this season, posting a serviceable 2.70 GAA and .904 SV% in nine games (5-1-3). Seattle enters Monday's contest as -146 home favorites against a Chicago team that has lost three of their last four games (1-2-1).
