Tlusty (undisclosed) is on the ice for warmups.

Tlusty was listed as a game-time decision, so a decision will likely be made based on how he feels in warmups. Tlusty has not recorded a point in six games, so it might be safe to go with your other option today, just in case he is held out.

Jiri Tlusty
Toews (upper-body) will play on Saturday.

Toews left Thursday’s game after being hit from behind by Dennis Seidenberg. Toews said he was fine after the hit and passed all concussion protocol that night, but was held out as a precaution. He will be in the lineup tonight vs. the Isles. Toews has 23 points (11G / 12A) in 29 games.

Jonathan Toews
Darling makes his fourth straight start for the Blackhawks.

Darling stopped 32 of 34 shots in the Blackhawks 3-2 win over the Bruins on Thursday. Since being recalled, Darling has won all three starts with a 1.62 GAA and .945 SV%. The entire team is on fire right now, but he draws a tough matchup on the road vs. the Islanders and their fourth ranked offence.

Scott Darling
Rask leads the Bruins onto the ice for warmups.

Rask allowed three goals on 21 shots in Thursday’s loss to the Blackhawks. Rask has lost three of his last four while allowing a combined 15 goals on 119 shots (.874 SV%). It has not been a pretty stretch for Rask, but look for him to get back on track this afternoon vs. the Senators.

Tuukka Rask
Dubnyk was the first goalie off at the Coyotes morning skate.

Dubnyk allowed four goals on 24 shots in the Coyotes loss to Boston last Saturday. He has gone 5-2-1 with a 2.74 GAA and .918 SV% on the year, but continues to rotate start with the struggling Mike Smith. Tonight it looks like Dubnyk will face a Wild team who have alternated wins and losses in their last 10 contests.

Devan Dubnyk
Khudobin will be in goal for the Hurricanes.

Khudobin allowed two goals on 28 shots in the Hurricanes 2-1 loss to the Capitals on December 4th. In eight starts this season, Khudobin has gone 0-6-2 with a 2.88 GAA and .903 SV% this season. He continues to search for his first win of the season and it could happen this afternoon vs. a struggling Flyers team.

Anton Khudobin
Lehtonen was the first goalie off of the ice at the Stars' gameday skate.

Lehtonen was yanked after allowing three goals on 17 shots in the Stars loss to the Jets on Tuesday. The struggles continue for Lehtonen, who has posted a 4.06 GAA and .870 SV% in his last four starts. He draws a strong matchup tonight vs. the Devils who rank 25th in the league in scoring.

Kari Lehtonen
The Penguins have sent Jayson Megna back to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).

Megna took four minor penalties in the Penguins win over the Flames last night. Taking four penalties when you’re on a recall is not a great way to stick with the big-club, so he will be replaced by Bryan Rust tonight vs. the Blue Jackets.

Jayson Megna
Reimer (groin) says he could start Sunday if he is called upon.

The belief is that the Maple Leafs planned to start Reimer tonight and Jonathan Bernier tomorrow vs. his former team, but after Reimer tweaked his groin in practice on Thursday, it will be Bernier tonight and could be Reimer tomorrow. There will be no morning skate tomorrow, so the Leafs starter will not be revealed until warmups at 4:30 PM ET.

James Reimer
Bernier will start vs. the Red Wings.

ames Reimer was expected to start this game, but after he tweaked his groin on Friday, it will be Bernier. Bernier stopped 32 of 33 shots in Tuesday’s win over the Flames. He has won four of five with a 2.63 GAA and .928 SV% and has posted a 0.98 GAA and .966 SV% while going 1-0-1 vs.Detroit this season.

Jonathan Bernier
Holtby will be between the pipes for the Capitals.

Holtby surrendered three goals on 23 shots in Thursday’s loss to the Blue Jackets. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Holtby, who will face the Lightning and their NHL leading 3.40 goals per game. He has gone 1-1-0 with a 3.55 GAA and .891 SV% vs. Tampa Bay this season.

Braden Holtby
Hutchinson starts for the Jets.

Hutchinson allowed two goals on 28 shots in Tuesday’s victory over the Stars. Hutchinson has won five of his last six starts and made one two period relief appearance and posted a 1.63 GAA and .940 SV% over that span. He has played great, but is still splitting time with Ondrej Pavelec. He draws a tough matchup tonight with the Ducks in town.

Michael Hutchinson
Mrazek will face the Maple Leafs on Saturday.

Mrazek stopped 34 of 35 shots in the Red Wings’ 3-1 win over the Hurricanes last Sunday. He has won all three of his starts with Detroit while posting a 2.59 GAA and .912 SV%. Tonight the Red Wings will call upon him to get a big victory on the road in Toronto. Both Detroit and Toronto are high scoring offences, but seem to ratchet up the D when they play each other.

Petr Mrazek
Enroth is the Sabres likely starter.

Enroth stopped 42 of 45 shots in the Sabres win over the Flames on Thursday. Somehow, Enroth has managed to win five of his last six starts with a 2.11 GAA and .940 SV%. It has been extremely impressive what the 24-year-old has been able to do as of late and draws a pretty solid matchup that you actually might be able to trust him in tonight.
