Crawford starts vs. the Ducks.

Crawford allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Blackhawks win over the Avalanche on Wednesday. Crawford has posted a 2.09 GAA and .926 SV% in 12 November starts, but that has only translated into seven wins. Tonight, he will face a Ducks team who have won three in row and sit at 14-4-5.

Corey Crawford
Miller starts in goal for the Canucks.

Miller stopped all 20 shots in the Canucks 2-0 win over the Devils on Tuesday. He has won three in a row while allowing just five goals on 77 shots (.935 SV%). He draws a great matchup tonight vs. the Blue Jackets who rank 23rd in scoring with 2.43 goals per game.

Ryan Miller
Ward gets the start vs. the Penguins.

Ward stopped 27 of 28 shots in the Hurricanes 1-0 loss to the Panthers on Wednesday. He has dropped five of his last six games with a 2.73 GAA and .916 SV%. The Hurricanes have combined for just seven goals in those five losses and things will not get any easier tonight in Pittsburgh.

Cam Ward
Jokinen (flu) is doubtful for Friday’s game vs. Ottawa.

Jokinen missed the Panthers morning skate and likely won’t play tonight because of flu-like symptoms. Jokinen has no points in his last four games and has 12 points (2G / 10A) in 20 games. Expect Jimmy Hayes to be back in the lineup.

Jussi Jokinen
Lehtonen was the first goalie off of the ice for the Stars.

Lehtonen gave up two goals on 37 shots in the Stars victory over the Oilers on Tuesday. After a three-game losing streak, Lehtonen has rattled off three straight wins with a 2.33 GAA and .933 SV%. He has lost both starts vs. the Wild with a 3.05 GAA and .885 SV%

Kari Lehtonen
Fleury will start for the Penguins.

Fleury allowed three goals on 27 shots in a 4-3 OT win over the Maple Leafs on Wednesday. He has won four of his last five starts with a 2.11 GAA and .926 SV% and now sits tied for third in the NHL with 13 wins on the year. He has a fantasy friendly matchup tonight at home vs. the Hurricanes.

Marc-Andre Fleury
Fleury was the first goalie off of the ice at the Pens morning skate.

Mrazek gets the start in goal vs. the Devils.

Mrazek allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Red Wings 4-2 win over the Jets last Thursday. Jimmy Howard started the last three, but Mrazek will get back in tonight in New Jersey which leaves Howie for Sunday vs. Vancouver. He makes for a nice spot-start against the Devils who’s offence ranks 25th in the NHL.

Petr Mrazek
Schneider is the Devils confirmed starter.

Schneider gave up two goals on 36 shots in the Devils loss to Vancouver on Tuesday. He is 4-6-0 with a 2.23 GAA and .926 SV% in November, but has a tough matchup tonight. Detroit has the seventh ranked offence and the last time he faced the Red Wings, he was pulled after allowing four goals on 24 shots.

Cory Schneider
McDonagh (shoulder) will return to the Rangers lineup on Friday afternoon.

McDonagh has been out since November 1st with a separated shoulder, but will be back in tonight paired with Dan Girardi. This is a huge boost for the Rangers blue line. He had three assists in 10 games before getting injured. He is available in 22% of Yahoo leagues and makes for a great add.

Ryan McDonagh
Mason stars this afternoon vs. the Rangers.

Mason was pulled after he allowed three goals on 14 shots in the Flyers 5-2 loss to Detroit on Wednesday. After a 46-save shutout on Monday, Wednesday was a disappointing performance from the 26-year-old. In his first starts vs. New York, he made 32 saves in a 2-0 loss on November 19th.

Steve Mason
Allen starts vs. Edmonton.

Allen stopped 15 of 17 shots in relief of the injured Brian Elliott in Tuesday’s shootout loss to the Senators. With Elliott out for at least a few weeks, the crease is all Allen’s for the foreseeable future. He has a 2.12 GAA and .920 SV% in nine games and is a must-start tonight vs. the struggling Oilers.

Jake Allen
Perreault (upper-body) is expected to return to the Jets lineup on Friday.

Perreault missed Wednesday’s game with an upper-body injury, but was back on the ice for the game day skate this morning. Perreault was centring a line with Matt Halischuk and Michael Frolik. He has just two goals and four assists in 23 games this season.

Mathieu Perreault
The Maple Leafs have sent Brandon Kozun to Toronto (AHL) on a conditioning stint.

Kozun has been out since October 17th with a high ankle sprain. The 24-year-old forward will likely play with the Marlies over the weekend before returning to Toronto next week. He has one assist in five games.

Brandon Kozun
Myers (undisclosed) is expected to return to the Sabres lineup on Friday.

Myers missed Wednesday’s game with an undisclosed injury, but it looks like he will be back on the blue line tonight vs. the Habs. He was paired with Tyson Strachan in the morning skate which suggests he will play. He has five points (1G / 4A) in 21 games.
