Lovejoy (finger) is still 2-3 weeks away from returning.

Lovejoy has been sidelined with a broken finger since October 26th. He has started skating on his own and can stick handle a little bit, but still is not expected to return until mid-to-late December.

Ben Lovejoy
Stoner (mumps) is nearing a return to the Ducks lineup.

Stoner has missed the last four games with a case of the mumps. He is reportedly improving, but has yet to be medically cleared to play. He shoulder be considered questionable for Monday’s game, but should return later in the week.

Clayton Stoner
LaBarbera is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

LaBarbera must have suffered the injury in Saturday’s game against the Sharks. He had stopped all 15 shots that he faced after replacing Frederik Andersen. The Ducks are taking on the Bruins tomorrow, so expected Andersen to get the nod and for Igor Bobkov to be recalled to back him up.

Jason LaBarbera
The Bruins have placed David Krejci (lower-body) on injured reserve.

Krejci continues to battle a nagging lower-body injury that has cost him eight of the last games. His IR move is retroactive to November 18th which means he can return whenever he is healthy. He has been moved to IR to make room for the Bruins to recall Craig Cunningham.

The Panthers have reassigned Dan Ellis to San Antonio (AHL).

Ellis did not get into a game during his recall, but his return to the AHL suggests that Roberto Luongo is back to full health and could start on Monday.

Dan Ellis
Street (undisclosed) will miss 7-10 days.

There is no word on the nature of Street’s injury, but he was not in the lineup on Wednesday or Saturday, which suggests he suffered the injury on Tuesday vs. the Coyotes. The Avs’ lost Marc-Andre Cliche and John Mitchell on Saturday so Street would have had a chance to play some significant minutes this week had he been healthy.

Ben Street
Cliche (undisclosed) will miss two weeks.

Cliche suffered an undisclosed injury in the Avalanche’s win over the Stars on Saturday night. He played just 8:28 (10:26 AVG TOI) which suggests he left the game in the third period and did not return. The Avs’ lost a couple players last night, so he will probably need to recall a forward or two.

Marc-Andre Cliche
Mitchell (leg) will miss 7-10 days.

Mitchell returned to the Avalanche lineup on Saturday, but only played 4:13 before suffering a leg injury and retiring to the dressing room for the night. He will miss all three games the Avs have this week, but he could be back next Tuesday vs. Nashville.

John Mitchell
Pickard starts on Monday vs. Montreal.

Pickard allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Avalanche’s win over the Stars on Saturday. Since being recalled, Pickard has posted three wins with a 1.41 GAA and .955 SV% in two starts and four appearances. He allowed three goals on 36 shots in a 3-2 loss in his first start against Montreal.

Calvin Pickard
Miller leads the Canucks onto the ice for warmups.

Miller stopped all 31 shots that he faced in the Canucks 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets on Friday. It was his second straight shutout and fourth straight win while plotting a 1.25 GAA and .954 SV%. He enters play this afternoon with a 152 minute shutout streak.

Ryan Miller
Chara (knee) is eying a return on December 11th.

Chara, who suffered a PCL tear in his left knee against the New York Islanders back on October 24th, will not join the Boston Bruins on their four-game west coast trip that begins Monday night in Anaheim. Chara, who has been skating on his own over the last few days, will continue to skate in Boston. By the time the Bruins come home from the west coast, the Bruins captain could very well rejoin his teammates as a full participant in practice.

Zdeno Chara
The Bruins have recalled Craig Cunningham from Providence (AHL).

Cunningham, 24, has four goals and nine assists (13 points) in 18 games with Providence this season. He has yet to record a point in five career games. He could make his season debut on the Bruins West Coast road trip this week.

Craig Cunningham
Luongo (arm) will travel on the Panthers two-game road trip.

Luongo missed Friday’s game with an arm injury that he suffered on Wednesday. The Panthers will bring all three of their goalies on the short road-trip, which is good news that Bobby Lu won’t be out for long. Monitor his status during Monday’s morning skate.

Roberto Luongo
