Trouba missed Friday’s practice with an upper-body injury, which foreshadowed his absence from the lineup tonight. With Trouba out and listed as day-to-day, Josh Morrissey has been recalled from Manitoba (AHL) and will make his NHL debut on Saturday.

Bernier allowed three goals on 23 shots in the Maple Leafs loss in Washington on Wednesday. Garret Sparks started on Thursday, but the Maple Leafs will go back to Bernier for the Battle of Ontario. Bernier only has one win since January 7th, while posting a 3.53 GAA and .885 SV% in his last 10 outings.

Danis, 34, has gone 25-9-5 with a 2.28 GAA and .907 SV% in 40 games with Albany this season. He has been recalled because Cory Schneider is likely to miss Sunday’s game, which means Danis is expected to serve as Keith Kinkaid’s backup.

Klingberg played just 1:25 TOI before returning to the dressing room on Friday night. Leaving Friday’s game clouds his status for Sunday’s game and opens the door for Jamie Oleksiak to return to the lineup.

He’ll be making his fourth start of the season vs. the Ducks—the 30-year-old is 1-2-0 with a3.85 GAA and .871 SV% in the first three meetings between the California rivals.

Pickard allowed two goals on 40 shots in Colorado’s win over the Panthers on Thursday. Pickard has won three straight starts while posting a 2.27 GAA and .930 SV%. This afternoon he takes on a Predators team that is 5-0-1 in their last six—Pickard is 3-1-1 with a 2.00 GAA and .945 SV% in five starts and one relief appearance on home ice.

Lehner allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Sabres win over the Flames on Thursday. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for Lehner, who is 5-7-3 with a 2.33 GAA and .931 SV% since returning to the Sabres crease back in mid-January. This afternoon he faces a Wild team that has won three in a row.

Ortio allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Flames loss in Boston on Tuesday. Jonas Hiller started two of the last three, but Ortio will go this afternoon in Pittsburgh. He has lost four in a row since being recalled while posting a 2.76 GAA and .909 SV%. He draws a tough matchup vs. the Penguins, who have won three of four.

Fleury gave up one goal on 28 shots in the Penguins win over the Rangers on Thursday. Fleury has won three in a row while stopping 84 of 86 shots (.977 SV%). Fleury allowed four goals on 30 shots in a 5-2 loss in his first start against the Flames, but Calgary comes in having lost seven consecutive games.
