Niemi will return to the Sharks’ net against his former team, facing Corey Crawford.

Niemi gave up three goals on 19 shots in the Sharks loss to the Canucks on Thursday. Despite the loss, Niemi still has nice numbers over his last five starts—he has gone 3-1-1 with a 1.95 GAA and .934 SV%. He draws a rough road matchup, but Niemi has gone 5-1-1 on the road so he is worth starting if you need goalie numbers.

Antti Niemi
Reimer leads the Maple Leafs onto the ice for warmups.

Reimer stopped 30 of 33 shots in the Maple Leafs 3-2 loss to the Coyotes on Tuesday. With Jonathan Bernier starting last night, it will be Reimer on Sunday against a Senators team who he is 9-2-1 against in his career. Reimer should be a great Sunday start given his history of success vs. Ottawa.

James Reimer
Bishop starts in goal for the Lightning.

Bishop allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Lightning’s 5-2 win over the Flames on Thursday. Evgeni Nabokov got the start on Saturday, so Bishop it will face the Red Wings on Sunday. He is 8-1-1 with a 2.41 GAA and .914 SV% in the first month of the season.

Ben Bishop
Quincey (ankle) will return to the Red Wings lineup on Sunday.

Quincey has missed the last four games with an ankle injury, but will get back into the lineup tonight vs. the Lightning. With Quincey returning to the lineup, Brian Lashoff will take a seat. Quincey will be paired with Danny DeKeyser.

Kyle Quincey
Lehner starts in goal for the Senators.

Lehner gave up four goals on 30 shots in the Senators loss to the Bruins on November 1st. He has gone 3-1-1 with a 2.54 GAA and .927 SV% in five starts this season. He is facing an average of 35.4 shots per game and will take on a Maple Leafs team who averages the ninth most shots (30.9) and tied for seventh for most goals per game (3.00).

Robin Lehner
The Ducks have recalled Shea Theodore from Norfolk (AHL).

Theodore, 19, has three goals and two assists in five games with Norfolk this season. He has been recalled because there is some uncertainty surrounding blue liners Cam Fowler (lower-body) and Francois Beauchemin (flu) availability for Sunday’s game. The 26th overall pick in the 2013 NHL Draft could be in line to make his NHL debut tonight.

Shea Theodore
The Ducks have recalled Mat Clark from Norfolk (AHL).

Clark, 24, has two assists in 11 games with Norfolk this season. He has been recalled because there is some uncertainty surrounding blue liners Cam Fowler (lower-body) and Francois Beauchemin (flu) availability for Sunday’s game. Clark has just two games of NHL experience.

Mat Clark
Hiller starts on Monday.

Hiller stopped all nine shots that he faced to earn the win after replacing Karri Ramo on Saturday. This job is starting to look more and more like Hiller’s with each passing game. He enters play tonight at 7-3-1 with a 2.07 GAA and .931 SV%. In his first start against the Hurricanes, Hiller stopped all 16 shots to post a shutout in a 5-0 win.

Jonas Hiller
Beauchemin (flu) did not participate in the Ducks morning skate.

Like Corey Perry, Beauchemin is also battling the flu. His absence from practice for the last two days, makes him questionable for tonight’s meeting with the Canucks. Josh Manson would slide back into the lineup if Beauchemin is unavailable.

Francois Beauchemin
Schenn will miss two weeks with a shoulder injury.

Schenn suffered the shoulder injury on a hit from Avs’ forward Nathan MacKinnon, who was ejected on the play. MacKinnon will not be suspended, but the injury to Schenn re-opens the door for Carlo Colaiacovo to return to the lineup after being a healthy scratch on Saturday.

Luke Schenn
Schneider will start in Boston on Monday.

Schneider allowed four goals on 24 shots in a loss to the Red Wings on Friday. He has lost each of his last three starts while posting a 3.28 GAA and .889 SV%. He draws a tough matchup against a Bruins team who have won four in a row while outscoring the opposition 14-7.

Cory Schneider
Dorsett (undisclosed) is doubtful for Sunday’s game.

Dorsett played just 7:42 (AVG 10:17 TOI) last night so he must have suffered some type of injury in the loss to the Kings. With Dorsett listed as doubtful, the Canucks have recalled Brandon DeFazio.

Derek Dorsett
Vrbata is battling a leg injury; could sit out Sunday.

Vrbata had been playing close to 20 minutes a night, but has played just 15:30 and 10:40 in the last two night’s because of a leg injury. The Canucks have Nicklas Jensen and Brandon DeFazio up from Utica, waiting to slide into the lineup if Vrbata and Derek Dorsett, who is doubtful, can’t play.

The Canucks have recalled Brandon DeFazio from Utica (AHL).

DeFazio, 26, has four goals, two assists and 14 PIMs in 13 games with Utica. He has averaged 25 points (13G / 12A) with 100-plus penalty minutes in his last three seasons in the AHL. Derek Dorsett is doubtful tonight, so it looks like DeFazio could make his NHL debut on the Canucks fourth line.
