

Bernier allowed three goals on 19 shots in the Maple Leafs loss to the Rangers on Thursday. Despite the loss, Bernier will make back-to-back starts for the first time since early January. Bernier hasn’t won a game since January 6th and is a disastrous 6-15-3 with a 3.09 GAA and .898 SV% on the season. The Flyers may have lost to the Habs last night, but it’s still nearly impossible to trust Bernier.

Fleury allowed three goals on 38 shots in the Penguins win over the Red Wings on Thursday. Fleury is 3-1-1 with a 1.74 GAA and .942 SV% in his last five starts and this afternoon’s start will mark his 43rd of the season and third vs. Tampa Bay. In the first two starts against the Lightning, Fleury was 0-1-1 with a 5.91 GAA and .769 SV%.







Luongo allowed five goals on 28 shots in the Panthers loss to the Predators last Saturday. Al Montoya started the first two games of the week, but Luongo will go tonight vs. the Jets. He is 2-1-1 with a 4.13 GAA and .879 SV% since the All-Star break and 15-7-2 with a 2.27 GAA and .925 SV% on home ice this season.

Hiller gave up four goals on 23 shots in the Flames loss to the Wild on Wednesday. Hiller has now lost three in a row while posting a putrid 5.13 GAA and .840 SV%. Hiller has certainly struggled, but he draws a strong matchup tonight vs. the Canucks—Vancouver has lost three in a row while being outscored 5-2 in each of those three games.

Markstrom surrendered five goals on 34 shots in the Canucks loss to the Wild on Monday. With Ryan Miller having a rough outing last night, look for Markstrom to go tonight in Calgary. Markstrom has won four of his last five while posting a 2.36 GA and .926 SV%. Tonight he faces a Flames team that has lost three straight.

Neuvirth surrendered three goals on 24 shots in the Flyers win in New Jersey on Tuesday. Neuvirth has had a strong season as the Flyers’ “No. 2,” going 12-6-3 with a 2.17 GAA, .930 SV% and three shutouts. Tonight Neuvirth takes on a Habs team that has lost three in a row while being outscored 15-8.

Lehner stopped 25 of 26 shots in the Sabres 2-1 shootout loss in Ottawa on Tuesday. After a rough three games, Lehner has played well in back-to-back games, going 1-0-1 while stopping 59 of 61 shots (.967 SV%). He draws a tough matchup tonight vs. a Blue Jackets team that has gone 4-0-2 in their last six games.

Condon allowed six goals on 27 shots in the Canadiens loss in Arizona on Monday. Ben Scrivens started on Wednesday, but they’ll go back to Condon tonight. The 25-year-old has gone 0-4-0 with a 3.90 GAA and .868 SV% since the All-Star break. It has been ugly for the entire team, making Condon and Scrivens risky fantasy investments.

de Haan will miss his second straight game with a lower-body injury that he suffered on Monday. The Islanders have yet to put a timetable on de Haan’s injury, so he remains day-to-day.

Halak allowed six goals on 28 shots in the Islanders loss in Carolina last Saturday. Halak has struggled mightily since the All-Star break, going 1-3-0 with a 4.64 GAA and .842 SV%. Tonight will be his third start vs. the Devils this season—he has gone 1-0-1 with a 1.44 GAA and .927 SV% in the first two meetings.

Josfeson is dealing with an undisclosed ailment and could miss tonight’s game vs. the Islanders. If Josefson can’t play, the Devils could go with seven defensemen.

Gionta was injured on his first shift on Tuesday and missed Thursday’s practice but will be in the lineup tonight vs. the Islanders. Gionta has eight points (1G / 7A) in 58 games as the Devils’ fourth line centre.

Merrill has been sidelined with an arm injury since January 16th, but it looks like he will replace Damon Severson in the lineup tonight. Merrill has just three points (1G / 2A) in 36 games this season.
