Howard (groin) is on the ice for the Red Wings' practice on Monday.

Howard was placed on 48-hour goalie IR which allowed the team to recall Petr Mrazek to backup Jonas Gustavsson on Saturday night. Mrazek was reassigned to Grand Rapids this morning and Howie is practicing, so it looks like he is good to go and could start on Tuesday vs. Montreal. Howard is 2-1-1 with a 1.72 GAA and .934 SV% in four starts.

Jimmy Howard
Reinhart will travel with the Sabres on their upcoming four-game road trip.

Reinhart was a healthy scratch on Saturday, but is still eligible to play in four more games before the first-year of his entry level contract is burned. He has no points and a minus-1 rating in five games and is not going to produce as long as the Sabres have him playing on the fourth line. It looks inevitable that he will be sent back to juniors.

Sam Reinhart
Larsson in-line to make his season debut on Tuesday.

The former fourth overall pick has been a healthy scratch in each of the Devils' first five games, but it appears as if he will play on Tuesday vs. the Rangers. Larsson is skating on the Devils' third pair with Jon Merrill, while Eric Gelinas is skating as the seventh defenseman. Larsson has just three goals and 24 assists (27 points) in 128 career NHL games.

Adam Larsson
The Blues have assigned Petteri Lindbohm to Chicago (AHL).

Lindbohm, 21, made his NHL debut on Sunday. He played 14:05 and recorded four shots, two hits and a minus-1 rating while the Blues were shutout. With Lindbohm going back to Chicago, expect Jordan Leopold be back in the lineup on Thursday.

Petteri Lindbohm
"Good chance" Visnovsky (upper-body) will play on Tuesday.

Islanders head coach Jack Capuano said that the team should be getting their veteran blueliner back on Tuesday vs. the Rangers. He has yet to play a game this season because of an upper-body injury he suffered in the preseason. He will help the Isles power-play that already ranks fifth in the NHL, clicking at 28.6%.

Lubomir Visnovsky
The Red Wings have reassigned Petr Mrazek to Grand Rapids (AHL).

Mrazek was recalled to serve as the backup to Jonas Gustavsson on Saturday because Jimmy Howard was dealing with a minor groin injury. Returning Mrazek to Grand Rapids is a good sign that Howard is fine and will be available for Tuesday's matchup with the Habs.

Petr Mrazek
Havlat (face) is at Devils practice on Monday.

Havlat missed Saturday's game after suffering substantial cuts to his face in Thursday's game. He took part in warmups on Saturday but was scratched. His presence on the ice this morning suggests that he and his full face shield will be in the lineup on Tuesday vs. the Rangers.

Martin Havlat
Girardi (leg) is not on the ice for Rangers' practice on Monday.

Girardi left Sunday's game after taking a snapshot to the back of his leg. He had to get stitches to repair a cut on his leg and he is considered day-to-day. The Rangers will take on the Devils tomorrow and if Girardi is unable to go, he is expected to be replaced by Mike Kostka.

Dan Girardi
Miller (upper-body) is not on the ice for Bruins' practice.

Miller left Saturday's game after a fight and did not return. His absence this morning suggests he may not be available for Tuesday's game vs. San Jose. Matt Bartowski will play with Adam McQuiad if Miller can't play.

Kevan Miller
The NHL has suspended Slava Voynov indefinitely pending investigation of domestic violence charges.

Following all of the domestic violence incidences in the NFL this fall, charges like this will not be tolerated in the NHL and the league moved very quickly on this one. Voynov will not be allowed to participate in any team activities. The Kings will be hoping that Jake Muzzin can return soon to fill-in for Voynov.

Slava Voynov
Hedman likely to miss at least four weeks with a broken hand.

Hedman suffered the injury while blocking a shot in Saturday's game against Vancouver. The is a tough blow to the Lightning blueline and Hedman fantasy owners. The 23-year-old blueliner had followed up a breakout season with three goals and four assists (seven points) in five games. Don't expect to see him until late November or early December. Jason Garrison will likely see an increased power-play role with Hedman out.

Victor Hedman
The Bruins have recalled Seth Griffith from Providence (AHL).

The Bruins sent Griffith down to play over the weekend but have recalled him to begin the week. He has three points (2G / 1A) in three games with Providence, but has yet to break onto the score sheet in three games with Boston.

Seth Griffith
The Blue Jackets have recalled rookie goaltender Anton Forsberg from Springfield (AHL).

Forsberg, 21, was the 188th overall pick in 2011. He has been recalled to backup Sergei Bobrovsky after Curtis McElhinney was placed on IR with a head/neck injury. Forsberg is in his first full pro year in North America and he went 1-2-0 with a 2.36 GAA and .921 SV% in his first three AHL starts of the season.

Anton Forsberg
The Lightning recalled Jonathan Drouin from Syracuse (AHL).

The third overall pick in the 2013 draft, Drouin, 19, had a goal, two assists and a plus-4 rating in his brief conditioning stint with Syracuse. He was assigned to Syracuse on Thursday to receive more live action to complete his recovery from a slight fracture in his right thumb sustained in September. The Lightning are in action on Monday night and it will likely be Drouin's NHL debut.

Jonathan Drouin
Klein (face) is listed as day-to-day.

Klein was hit in the face by a puck on Sunday night and had to receive stitches following the 4-0 victory. The Rangers take on the Devils on Tuesday, so monitor Klein's status during tomorrow's morning skate.

Kevin Klein
Stastny is out week-to-week with a shoulder injury.

Stastny was injured in the Blues contest on Saturday night and will miss an extended period of time with a shoulder issue. Week-to-week is a very vague timetable, but expect him to miss at least one week and be re-evaluated after that. He had one goal and three assists in his first four games with the Blues.

Paul Stastny
Smith-Pelly will start on the Ducks top-line on Sunday.

Smith-Pelly has one goal and one assist in the first five games of the season. Based off of line rushes in pregame warmups it looks like he will play with Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry tonight vs. St. Louis. He has played there in the past and could stick if he plays well.
