Jost has been reassigned to Chicago (AHL).

Tyson Jost
Berard is expected to make his NHL debut vs. St. Louis on Monday.

With Chris Kreider (upper body) sidelined Berard will make his NHL debut on Monday against the St. Louis Blues. The 22-year-old Berard has 13 points (7G / 6A) in 16 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack this season. He is expected to skate on a line with Mika Zibanejad and Will Cuylle.

Brett Berard
Bowers will draw back into New Jersey's lineup vs. Nashville on Monday.

Bowers was the 27th overall pick of the Ottawa Senators in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. The 25-year-old forward has only played 10 career NHL games, including one this season with the Devils. He has three points (0G / 3A) in 13 games with the Utica Comets (AHL) this season. He will replaced Nolan Foote in the lineup on Monday.

Shane Bowers
Vasilevskiy is expected to start vs. Colorado on Monday.

For the first time in over a month, Vasilevskiy allowed more than three goals in a contest, saving 24 of 28 (.857 SV%) in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Dallas Stars. He will likely return to the crease on Monday, looking to rebound and improve his 2.26 GAA and .915 SV% through 16 games (9-6-1) this season. Tampa Bay enters the action on Monday as slight -110 home favorites against a Colorado Avalanche club riding a three-game winning streak, coming off a season-best seven-goal performance in their most recent game.

Andrei Vasilevskiy
Varlamov was the first goalie off the ice at New York's morning skate.

The Islanders will likely roll with Varlamov between the pipes on Monday when they host the Detroit Red Wings. Despite an unspectacular 2-1-1 record, Varlamov has been tremendous in net his last four games, allowing only six combined goals and posting an excellent .946 SV%. The Islanders enter the action on Monday as -147 home favorites against a Red Wings club they have only scored one goal against in two meetings this season (0-2-0).

Semyon Varlamov
Kreider is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Kreider will not play on Monday against the St. Louis Blues but is not expected to be out of the lineup for long. The 33-year-old Kreider hasn't been his usual productive self, with only nine points (9G / 0A) in 19 games this season, highlighted by a a stretch of only one point (1G / 0A) in his previous six games.

Chris Kreider
Markstrom is in the starter's crease at New Jersey's morning skate.

Markstrom has been stellar for the Devils lately and will likely start for the third time in their last four games. Despite an unspectacular 2.54 GAA and .907 SV% in 15 games this season (9-5-1), Markstrom has turned up the dial in his previous eight games (6-2-0), showcasing a .922 SV%. The Devils enter the action on Monday as -135 home favorites against a Nashville Predators club coming off an impressive 4-1 win over the NHL's top team, the Winnipeg Jets.

Jacob Markstrom
Knight was the first goalie off the ice at Florida's morning skate.

The Panthers, outscored 16-8 during a three-game losing skid, will turn to Knight between the pipes for the second time in the last three games. The 23-year-old Knight has had some ups and downs in limited action this season, showcasing a 2.72 GAA and .897 SV% in seven outings (3-3-0). The Panthers enter the action on Monday as -158 home favorites against a Washington Capitals club that has only scored three goals in two games (0-2-0) since Alex Ovechkin (lower-body) exited the lineup.

Spencer Knight
Martin is in the starter's crease at Carolina's morning skate.

Pyotr Kochetkov left the Hurricanes' previous game after a collision in overtime, temporarily leaving the crease to Martin. The 29-year-old Martine has been limited to only five appearances this season (1-2-1), posting a 3.21 GAA and .870 SV%, but could forced into more action if Kochetkov is out of the lineup for an extended time. The Hurricanes enter Monday's contest as -126 home favorites against the Dallas Stars, fresh off a 4-2 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Spencer Martin
Laine (sprained knee) was in a regular, full-contact jersey at Montreal's practice on Monday.

Laine has yet to play this season after spraining his left knee towards the end of training camp, but appears to be nearing a return to the lineup. The 26-year-old winger was acquired from Columbus in late August for a 2026 2nd-round pick and Jordan Harris after he put up six goals, nine points, and 41 SOG in 18 games in 2023-24.

Patrik Laine
Fedotov will start vs. Vegas on Monday.

For the fourth time in the last six games, the Flyers will turn to Fedotov in the crease. Fedotov struggled in his previous outing, allowing four goals on 37 shots (.892 SV%) in a 4-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes, but has been reliable between the pipes lately, posting a .910 SV% in his last four games (3-1-0). That said, the Flyers enter the action on Monday as +120 home underdogs against a Vegas Golden Knights club fresh off a 6-2 victory over the Montreal Canadiens.

Ivan Fedotov
Sorokin is in the starter's crease at New York's morning skate.

The Islanders will likely roll with Sorokin between the pipes for a third straight game on Monday when they host the Detroit Red Wings. The 29-year-old Sorokin saved 24 of 25 shots (.960 SV%) in his previous outing, a 3-1 win over the St. Louis Blues, and has a solid 2.52 GAA and .917 SV% in 13 games (5-5-3) this season. The Islanders enter the action on Monday as -160 home favorites against a Red Wings club that stymied them offensively this season, scoring only one goal in two contests (0-2-0).

Ilya Sorokin
Roy has been recalled from Laval (AHL).

Roy was the fifth-round pick, 150th overall, of the Canadiens in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old scored nine points (4G / 5A) in 23 games with the Canadiens last season, his first taste of NHL action. He has been stellar with the Laval Rocket (AHL) this season, scoring 16 points (8G / 8A) in 17 games.

Joshua Roy
Lyon will start on Monday in New York.

The Red Wings, limited to only scoring three goals in their previous two games (1-1-0), will turn to Lyon between the pipes on Monday against the New York Islanders. The 31-year-old Lyon was stellar in his last outing, saving 22 of 23 shots (.957 SV%) in a 2-1 win over the Islanders, and has been serviceable all season, posting a 2.85 GAA and .908 SV% in eight appearances (3-4-0). The Red Wings enter the action on Monday as +144 road underdogs against an Islanders team they have limited to only one goal in two contests (2-0-0).

Alex Lyon
Sturm (upper-body) will be a game-time decision on Monday.

Sturm has missed the last five games with an upper-body injury but he took part in Sunday's practice and will be a game-time decision vs. the Kings on Monday. Sturm has picked up three goals and three assists (six points) in 18 games this season.

Nico Sturm
Kaprizov (lower-body) avoided serious injury and is considered day-to-day.

According to Michael Russo of The Athletic, Kaprizov had an MRI on Sunday, and Wild team doctors determined he did not have a serious injury. At this point, it's unclear how long Kaprizov will be sidelined, but the Wild will take it day by day. He should be considered doubtful to play Monday vs. the Jets.

Kirill Kaprizov
Kochetkov (upper-body) is questionable for Monday's game vs. Dallas.

Kochetkov left Saturday's game in overtime following a collision with Zach Werenski. The Hurricanes recalled Yaniv Perets from Chicago (AHL) on Sunday, suggesting that Kochetkov won't be available for Monday's game vs. Dallas. The Hurricanes have yet to provide an update on Kochetkov, but it would be a crushing blow if he misses an extended period of time. The Hurricanes are already without Frederik Andersen (knee) for the next 8-to-12 weeks.

Pyotr Kochetkov
