Backlund, 26, missed 30 games in 2014-15 after undergoing abdominal surgery in late-October. Despite the injury, he managed to post the highest points-per-game of he career by tallying 10 goals and 17 assists (27 points) in 52 games. Backlund is a strong two-way forward who plays in all situations for the Flames.
Jordan, 24, had the best professional season of his young career in 2014-15. He had six points (2G / 4A) in 38 games with the Hurricanes and added 11 points (2G / 9A) in 30 games while playing for Charlotte (AHL).
Campbell, 23, was the Stars first round pick (11th overall) in the 2010 draft, but has been stuck at the AHL level since being selected. He was 14-14-5 with a 3.03 GAA and .907 SV% in 35 games with Texas (AHL) last season and 5-2-0 with a 1.73 GAA and .945 SV% while playing with Idaho of the ECHL. He will look to secure the Stars back-up role for 2015-16.
Jokipakka, 23, registered 10 assists in 51 games in his rookie season with the Stars in 2014-15. The young-Fin has a good chance to make the big-squad heading into training camp for the 2015-16 season.
Nemeth, 23, missed a significant amount of time in 2014-15 after suffering a gruesome laceration to his arm in October. He was expected to miss the remainder of the season, but returned to Dallas in early March and finished the season with three assists in 22 games. The 2010 second-round pick is expected to compete for a full-time spot on the Stars blue line in 2015-16.
Lundqvist gave up one goal on 22 shots in the Rangers 1-0 loss in Washington in Game 3. The goal was a fluky one and hardly on Lundqvist, who has outstanding yet again. Despite the Rangers being down 2-1 in the series, King Henrik has posted a 1.68 GAA and .940 SV% through three games in this series.
Holtby stopped all 30 shots that he faced to record his 10th shutout of the season in the Capitals 1-0 win over the Rangers in Game 3. The win gives Washington a 2-1 lead in the series and a chance to take a stranglehold tonight at home. Holtby comes in with at 3-1 with a 1.26 GAA and .944 SV% in four starts at home this postseason.
Desharnais went to the hospital on Sunday because of dehydration, but is with the Canadiens in Tampa Bay and should play on Wednesday.
Paquette exited Game 2 in Montreal early in the second period after suffering an undisclosed injury late in the first. Paquette played just 4:36 of Game 2. He practiced on Tuesday with the rest of his Lightning teammates ahead of Game 3 and didn’t seem limited while participating in all drills. He said the day off Monday was definitely beneficial to help his body recuperate. He will be a game-time decision.
Wotherspoon has failed to record a point and has been limited to just 6:39 TOI/GP in six playoff games so far. The 22-year-old will take a seat with the more experience Rapheal Diaz getting back into the lineup after missing the last 12 games with a lower-body injury.
Diaz has been sidelined with a lower-body injury since April 2nd, but he will get back into the lineup for Game 3 vs. the Ducks. He will slide onto the third pairing with David Schlemko as his partner and Tyler Wotherspoon will become a healthy scratch. Diaz had just four points (2G / 2A) in 56 games this season.
Ferland was held out of Game 2, but he took part in the morning skate today and said “I feel good, but it's going to be a coach's decision." Signs are pointing towards the rookie playing tonight, but he is officially listed as a game-time decision. Expect David Wolf to come out of the lineup if Ferland plays.
With Chris Stewart out with an arm injury, Schroeder will draw into the Wild’s lineup for Game 3 on Tuesday. Schroeder will play on a line with Mikko Koivu and Nino Niederreiter. The 24-year-old failed to record a point in his only playoff game.
Stewart, who has had a tough playoff with no goals on nine shots in eight games, won't play tonight with a right arm injury. No specifics as to what the issue is and how long it will be. Coach Mike Yeo only said day-to-day.

Gibson has missed the first four games of round 1 with a hand injury and the first two games of this series with an illness. Travelling to Calgary, suggests that Gibson could suit up as Frederik Andersen’s backup for Game 3 on Tuesday or Game 4 on Friday.
Bennett will suit up in his 10th game of the season, which will burn the first year of his entry level contract. The Flames will not hesitate to burn that year, because Bennett gives them a chance to win. The 18-year-old has three goals and one assist in eight playoff games.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Wild’s 4-1 loss to the Blackhawks in Game 2. The Wild were sloppy in front of Dubnyk on Sunday and are now home down 2-0. Dubnyk has allowed seven goals on 65 shots (.892 SV%) in the first two games of the series. In three starts in Minnesota, he has gone 2-1 with a 2.68 GAA and .892 SV%.
