Halak stopped all 21 shots that he faced in the Isles’ 1-0 shootout win over the Flyers on Monday. Despite not being able to score, the Isles came out victorious for the fourth-straight game. The Islanders are one of the hottest teams in the NHL and Halak has been scorching, winning seven straight with a 1.11 GAA, .958 SV% and three shutouts.

Hedman came out for the Lightning’s optional skate with a regular jersey for the first time since fracturing his finger on October 18th. This is a good sign that Hedman will be ready to get back in the lineup on Saturday vs. the Senators.

Brodin has missed the Wild’s last seven games with an illness, but head coach Mike Yeo is hopeful that Brodin will return Friday vs. the Stars.

Chara resumed skating on Monday and is back on the ice this morning. He has been sidelined with a PCL tear since October 23rd, but it sounds like he is nearing a return. “Usually, when they start skating, it’s at the earliest at 10 days (and) at the latest two weeks when he’s been out that long,” GM Peter Chiarelli said. The Bruins have gone 9-4-1 in Chara’s absence.

Raanta had been scheduled to start against the Oilers but illness denied him that opportunity. Raanta was back on Tuesday, practicing for the first time since the Blackhawks’ morning skate on Saturday. He won’t start on Wednesday against Colorado. Coach Joel Quenneville said he’ll see if Raanta starts one of the back-to-back games (Anaheim and Los Angeles) coming at the end of the trip.

Mason stopped all 46 shots that he faced in the Flyers 1-0 shootout loss to the Islanders on Monday. It was a ridiculously good night for Mason, but he was still unable to register the victory. He has been great over the last month, winning four of eight with a 1.89 GAA and .946 SV%.

Khokhlachev had no points with a minus-2 rating in an average 8:12 TOI in three games during his recall.

Caron has a minus-1 rating and one shot in just 3:35 TOI in the only game he played in on Monday. Seth Griffith was recalled with Caron going down.

Elliott had to leave the game after he appeared to get his right leg twisted underneath him in the second period. Elliott left with a 2-0 lead and the Blues would go on to lose 3-2 in a shootout. Jake Allen gets a huge fantasy boost while Elliott is sidelined. Expect an update on Elliott on Wednesday.

Crawford allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Blackhawks loss to the Canucks on Sunday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Crawford. He has been great in 15 games for the Hawks, winning nine while posting a 1.98 GAA and .926 SV%. He will face an Avalanche who have won four of their last five.

Michalek was not on the ice for pre game warmups and has been confirmed as a healthy scratch. He has just seven points (2G / 5A) in 20 games this season. Colin Greening is in the lineup with Michalek coming out.

Zibanejad was not on the ice for pre game warmups and was confirmed as a healthy scratch, so he is not dealing with an injury. He has one goal and two assists in his last five games and six points (3G / 3A) on the year. Erik Condra is in the lineup for Zibanejad.

Lehtonen made 37 saves on 41 shots in the Stars 5-4 win over the Kings on Saturday. He was spotted a 4-0 lead in the first 23 minutes and limped to a victory. For the Stars it doesn’t matter how he got the W, they’re just happy Lehtonen could chalk one up in the win column. November has not been pretty, winnings four of 10 starts with a 3.15 GAA and .903 SV%.

Tanguay will miss his second consecutive game Tuesday night with a facial fracture. He participated in the morning skate but will not play against the Arizona Coyotes. Avs coach Patrick Roy said Tanguay is still feeling pain on the side of his head and has had blurred vision.

Jones allowed two goals on 27 shots in a loss to the Stars on November 13th. The Kings have a back-to-back tonight and tomorrow, so Jones will go tonight, which leaves Jonathan Quick for the Wild tomorrow. Jones is 1-2-0 with a 1.83 GAA and .928 SV% in limited playing time this season.

Burrows has missed the last two games with an upper-body injury, but will be back in the lineup on Tuesday. He will likely re-join the second line with Nick Bonino and Chris Higgins. Linden Vey is expected to come out of the lineup.

Hanzal has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury. He will centre a line with Rob Klinkhammer and Martin Erat tonight vs. the Avalanche. He has 11 points (5G / 6A) in 15 games this season.

Bennett suffered an apparent knee injury on Monday night, but was able to return to the game. Bennett missed the start of the season with a knee injury, so this would be yet another tough break for the young forward. He will be evaluated over the course of the next day and a more detailed injury report should be released on Wednesday. He is considered questionable for tomorrow’s game vs. the Leafs.

Smith stopped 28 of 30 shots in the Coyotes 2-1 loss to the Ducks on Sunday night. Smith has lost each of last six outings while posting a 2.86 GAA and .901 SV%. It has been a tumultuous start for the Canadian Olympian, who can’t seem to find any consistency in his game. At least tonight, he faces an Avalanche who rank 24th in scoring.
