Curtis Lazar
Olofsson (lower-body) has been assigned to Henderson (AHL) on a conditioning loan.

Olofsson started the 2024-25 season, his first with the Golden Knights, off strong, scoring three goals in four games before suffering a lower-body injury. He had been assigned to the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL) for a conditioning stint.

Victor Olofsson
Heinola (ankle) has been activated from IR and loaned to the Manitoba Moose (AHL) for conditioning purposes.

Heinola has returned from an ankle injury and has been loaned to the Manitoba Moose (AHL) for a conditioning stint. The 23-year-old Heinola has not played yet this season. He had 27 points (10G / 17A) in 41 AHL games with Manitoba last season.

Vanecek is day-to-day with an upper-body injury and is unsure if he will travel on San Jose's upcoming road trip.

Vanecek is battling an upper-body injury and will not suit up Monday against the Detroit Red Wings. Mackenzie Blackwood will likely get the start, backed up by Yaroslav Askarov, who was recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Vitek Vanecek
Blackwood was the first goalie off the ice at San Jose's morning skate.

With Vitek Vanecek sidelined due to injury, the Sharks recalled Yaroslav Askarov, but he will likely serve as the backup to Blackwood on Monday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 27-year-old Blackwood has been solid between the pipes for the Sharks this season, posting a 2.98 GAA and .914 SV% through 11 games (3-5-3). The Sharks enter the action as +129 home underdogs against a Red Wings club outscored 10-5 in their previous two contests (0-2-0).

Mackenzie Blackwood
Rasmussen (upper-body) will be a game-time decision in San Jose on Monday.

Rasmussen did not play on Saturday due to an upper-body injury but could be an option to return to the lineup on Monday night against the San Jose Sharks. The 25-year-old Rasmussen is averaging 12:24 time-on-ice and has four points (2G / 2A) in 16 games this season.

Michael Rasmussen
Brown will make his season debut in Montreal on Monday.

Brown has been an NHL regular the past five seasons but will make his season debut with the Oilers on Monday after spending the beginning portion of the season in the AHL. The 30-year-old Brown has two points (0G / 2A) in 12 games with the Bakersfield Condors (AHL) this season.

Josh Brown
Lindgren will start in Utah on Monday.

Fresh off a 5-2 win over the Vegas Golden Knights last night, the Capitals will switch to Lindgren between the pipes on Monday against the Utah Hockey Club. Lindgren has been the less consistent of the two Capitals goalies this season but has been serviceable, posting a 2.66 GAA and .897 SV% in eight games (4-4-0). The Capitals enter the action on Monday as slight -102 road underdogs against Utah HC.

Charlie Lindgren
Askarov has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Askarov was the 11th overall pick of the Nashville Predators in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and was acquired by the Sharks via trade in the offseason. The 22-year-old Askarov has a high pedigree, which has been on display in the AHL this season, posting a sublime 1.92 GAA and .939 SV% in nine games (6-3-0). With Vitek Vanecek sidelined for the Sharks due to injury, Askarov could potentially make his Sharks debut between the pipes.

Yaroslav Askarov
Rosen has been recalled from Rochester (AHL).

Rosen made his NHL debut last season, playing seven games with the Sabres, but has predominantly been an AHL player, including scoring 13 points (4G / 9A) in 14 games with the Rochester Americans this season. The 21-year-old Rosen was the 14th overall pick of the Sabres in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

Isak Rosen
Gustavsson will start in St. Louis on Tuesday.

Minnesota will turn to Gustavsson between the pipes for the fourth straight game on Tuesday against the St. Louis Blues. Gustavsson has been great all season but has been exceptional lately. Despite a modest 2-1-1 record in his past four games, Gustavsson has saved 110 of 116 shot for a dazzling .948 SV%.
