Bonino (upper-body) is not on the ice for Ducks' practice.

Bonino departed Thursday's game and did not return because of an upper-body injury. Bonino played just 4:11 before retiring to the dressing room for the evening. He is listed as day-to-day and is expected to play before the Olympic break.

Nick Bonino
No surprise at all, but Scrivens will start on Saturday.

Scrivens posted a ridiculous 59-save shutout in a 3-0 win over the Sharks on Wednesday. It was his second straight win as an Oiler, stopping 93 of the last 94 shots he has faced (.989 SV%). He will look to push his winning-streak to three when he faced the 34-16-3 Bruins.

Ben Scrivens
Sedin (ribs/finger) skated for the second straight day and could return to practice with the team on Saturday.

Sedin will miss his sixth consecutive game tonight, but things are trending in the right direction for him to play on Monday in Detroit.

Henrik Sedin
Price gets the call vs. Tampa on Saturday.

After getting the night off on Thursday, the Habs will call-on Price on Saturday, the first game of back-to-back. Price is coming off of stellar 36-save shutout on Tuesday and could face the Lightning's third-string goalie tomorrow. He should make for another strong start and has a chance to play in both games of the back-to-back set.

Carey Price
Lindback (lower-body) did not skate Friday.

Lindback is likely unavailable for Saturday's game after suffering a lower-body injury after replacing Ben Bishop on Thursday night. Lindback finished the contest despite the injury, but his ailment will likely force the Lightning to recall a netminder.

Anders Lindback
Bishop (head) practice with the Lightning this afternoon, but is questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Habs.

Bishop was hit in the back of the head by a teammates skate early in Thursday's game. The fact that he skated this morning is a good sign, but back-up Anders Lindback is out, so if Bishop can't go on Saturday the Lightning will be forced to recall two goalies.

The Capitals have recalled Tyson Strachan from Hershey (AHL).

With Mike Green unlikely to play tonight in Detroit, Strachan has been recalled and will slide into Green's spot if he is unavailable. Strachan has no points in nine games with the Capitals this season, but has picked up 14 points (2G / 12A) in 34 games with Hershey.

Tyson Strachan
Schneider gets the start vs. the Predators.

Schneider stopped 14 of 16 shots in a OT win over the Stars last night. He will make both starts of the back-to-back as he faces Nashville tonight. He has yet to allow more than two goals in 11 straight games and now has a 10-10-7 record with a 1.87 GAA and .926 SV% on the season.

Cory Schneider
Pavelec gets the nod for the Jets.

Pavelec allowed four goals on 25 shots in Tuesday's loss to Nashville. It was the second straight game he has allowed four goals as he moved to 5-5-0 with a 2.89 GAA and .895 SV% in January (5-2 under head coach Paul Maurice). Tonight he faces a Canucks team who has lost six of their last nine.

Ondrej Pavelec
Lack starts for the Canucks in Winnipeg.

Lack stopped 22 of 23 shots in a 1-0 loss to the Coyotes on January 16. With Luongo allowing seven goals in two straight losses and 11 goals in his last three starts, the Canucks will give Lack a shot vs. the Jets.

Eddie Lack
As expected, Neuvirth gets the start vs. the Red Wings

Neuvirth stopped 28 of 30 shots in a loss to the Devils last Friday. Neuvirth is 3-5-1 with a 2.79 GAA and .915 SV% heading into Friday's contest. The Red WIngs get Henrik Zetterberg back tonight, but they still remain a beatable opponent having lost five of eight while being outscored 23-14.

Michal Neuvirth
Nabokov in goal for the Islanders.

Nabokov allowed two goals on 34 shots in a 2-1 loss to the Rangers at Yankee Stadium. It was a strong outing for his first start in nearly one-month. He will get another crack at the Rangers tonight, he is 1-2-0 with a 2.70 GAA and .902 SV% in his first three starts vs. their New York rivals.

Evgeni Nabokov
Pavelec likely starting for the Jets.
