Bobrovsky stopped 25 of 28 shots in the Blue Jackets win over the Islanders on Thursday. That is now seven straight wins for Bobrovsky, who has posted a 2.24 GAA and .933 SV% in the process. Today he will take on a banged up Penguins team, who have lost three of five.

Diaz suffered an undisclosed injury last night and is questionable for tomorrow’s game vs. the Oilers. Tyler Wotherspoon has been recalled and is expected to play if Diaz can’t.

Wotherspoon, 22, has registered 24 points (2G / 22A) in 61 games with Adirondack this season. He has registered four assists in 14 career NHL games. He has been recalled because Raphael Diaz is questionable for Saturday.

Ehrhoff will miss his fifth and sixth straight game as he misses the Penguins back-to-back this weekend. There has not been many updates on Ehrhoff’s condition so it is hard to pinpoint when he might return to the lineup.

Horcoff was held out of the morning skate and he is not expected to be available tonight vs. the Blues. If he does play, expect Colton Sceviour to come out, but Horcoff is doubtful.

Moen will play for the first time since February 17th. It is believed that he was a healthy scratch for the last few games, but he will get back in tonight. He has six points (1G / 5A) and 18 PIMS in 40 games this season.

After completing a three-game conditioning stint with Texas (AHL), Nichushkin is back with the Stars and ready to play tonight. He is expected to start on the fourth line with Colton Sceviour and Travis Moen, but should move around a bit. He had no points in four games with the Stars earlier in the season.

Malkin will miss his second straight game with an undisclosed injury, but the injury doesn’t appear to be serious because he is hoping to be in the lineup on Sunday vs. the Flyers.

Moulson missed the Sabres morning skate and is questionable tonight due to an illness. Monitor his status leading up to puck-drop.

Mason allowed one goal on 25 shots in the Flyers win over the Penguins on Wednesday. Ray Emery started last night, but it will be Mason this afternoon, against Pittsburgh again. Mason has gone 14-5-5 with a 1.92 GAA and .939 SV% at home this season.

Emery allowed five goals on 34 shots in the Flyers loss in Edmonton on March 21st. Emery has not picked up a win since February 15th and sits at 10-10-6 with a 3.15 GAA and .892 SV% on the season. Today he will go up against a Hurricanes team who has lost seven of their last nine.

Lehtonen was pulled after allowing four goals on 19 shots in the Stars 5-3 loss to the Flames on Monday. Lehtonen will make his fifth start of the season against the Blues—he has gone 2-1-1 with a 2.49 GAA and .907 SV% in the first two meetings. Lehtonen comes in with a 15-10-8 record at home this year.

Elliott allowed three goals on 21 shots in the Blues 4-1 loss to the Canucks on Tuesday. Jake Allen started last night, but the Blues will go back to Elliott tonight in Dallas. Elliott has gone 1-1-0 against the Stars this season—he won in their first meeting, but was yanked after allowing three goals on six shots in the second matchup.

Lindback allowed three goals on 27 shots in the Sabres 4-3 win over the Maple Leafs on Wednesday. He has won his last two starts while stopping 52 of 56 shots (.929 SV%). He will be looking for his third-straight win, but it won’t come easy with the Blackhawks in town. Chicago has won three in a row while outscoring the opposition 11-5.

Morrow was recalled as an emergency call-up incase Torey Krug was unavailable last night. Krug was able to play, so Morrow has been reassigned.

The Penguins have played the last two games with just five defensemen because of cap issues, but they were finally able to recall Chorney, who will be in the lineup over the weekend. The 27-year-old has 19 points (4G / 15A) in 62 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season. He has appeared in two games with the Penguins earlier in the season.

Stalock has started the last three games, but is questionable for tonight’s game due to an illness. Even if he can’t start tonight vs. the Coyotes, he could start tomorrow in Arizona if he is feeling better. He has gone 2-0-1 with a 1.58 GAA and .930 SV% in the last three games.

Hannan left Wednesday’s game against the Avalanche after taking a puck to the face. Monitor Hannan’s status during the Sharks morning skate.

Vlasic will miss his third and fourth consecutive games with a lower-body injury. His next chance to return to the lineup will be next Monday vs. the Stars.
