Bourdon (concussion) has been cleared for contact and will be loaned to Adirondack (AHL).

Bourdon hasn’t played a pro hockey game since Nov. 30, 2012 against the Binghamton Senators. In that game, he suffered his second concussion in a year’s time. He had a concussion with the Flyers prior to that, but didn’t tell anyone because he feared losing his spot in the lineup but the 24-year-old defenseman is finally at the point where he can return to game action. Although Bourdon was shut down for a while, he’s been skating for about eight months. He was hopeful he would get cleared to participate in training camp to start this season, but he never was.

Parise (foot) could return on Thursday.

Parise has missed 13 games because of a broken foot, said he might begin ramping it up during Monday’s practice by taking contact and getting into more gamelike situations. “I’m just waiting for the green light to get him more involved in practice,” Wild head coach Mike Yeo said.

Zach Parise
Josh Harding (illness) has missed nine consecutive games and 13 of the past 15 but has practiced all week.

Wild head coach Mike Yeo said the team will “keep going day to day and figure out how he’s feeling. He’s making progress and he looks good and I’m kind of waiting for a final word or a little bit more information as far as what I’m told from the trainers and the doctors.”

Halak starts on Monday against the Red Wings.

Halak allowed three goals on 30 shots in a loss to the Kings on Thursday. Halak was out-duelled by Jonathan Quick, but will climb back in net on Monday in Detroit. In 12 starts on the road this season Halak is 8-3-1 with a 2.13 GAA and .921 SV%. Brian Elliott usually faces the Red Wings, but they will give Halak a shot tomorrow.

Jaroslav Halak
Kane (hand) is on the ice for Jets' practice.

Kane has missed the last four games with a hand injury, but his presence at practice is a good sign that he should be ready to go on Tuesday in Anaheim, barring a setback. Since returning from his lower-body injury on December 16, Kane has recorded seven goals and four assists (11 points) in 12 games. Monitor his status leading up to Tuesday.

Evander Kane
Grubauer will make his 14th start in the Capitals last 20 games.

Grubauer was pulled after allowing three goals on 14 shots in a loss to the Blue Jackets on Friday. Capitals head coach Adam Oates did not blame Grubauer for the loss and will turn to him again tonight vs. the Rangers. Grubauer has just one win in his last seven starts, but still holds a 2.22 GAA and .931 SV% through 15 games.

Philipp Grubauer
Hurricanes head coach Kirk Muller says Peters could play Sunday against Tampa Bay but did not commit to it. But says Peters will get some work soon.

WIth Khudobin forced to make 37 saves in last night's win over the Panthers, I believe there is a good chance that Peters gets the start. Muller is expected to address the media about two hours before the 5 pm EST puck-drop. A goalie could be announced then, if not then we will wait for warmups at 4:30 pm EST.

Justin Peters
Rask leads the Bruins onto the ice for warmups. He will face Crawford and the Blackhawks.

Rask allowed four goals on 26 shots in a loss to the Maple Leafs on Tuesday. He draws another tough matchup this afternoon in a Stanley Cup rematch from last season. Rask enters play with a 2-3-0 record, 3.00 GAA and .898 SV% this month.

Tuukka Rask
Lundqvist is likely to start in the second game of a back-to-back. Rangers head coach Alain Vigneault will address the media at 5:20 p.m EST.

Lundqvist stopped all 38 shots that he faced in a 1-0 win over the Red Wings on Thursday. It was his fourth win in his last five starts and his third shutout of the season as Henrik is starting to look more like 'King Henrik' with each passing game. Tonight he is expected to face the Capitals, who he is 1-1-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .931 SV% against this season.

Henrik Lundqvist
Sedin (lower-body) left Saturday's game and did not return.

Sedin was questionable to play on Saturday, but he was in the lineup but only saw 12:11 TOI, before retiring to dressing room for the night. Monitor his status before Tuesday's game in Edmonton.

Henrik Sedin
Ward (lower-body) is working out on ice with goalie coach Greg Stefan.

This is another positive step forward for Ward who continues to work back from a lower-body injury that has kept him out since January 31. The Hurricanes have had good goaltending from Anton Khudobin with Ward out, so there is no need to rush Ward back.

Cam Ward
Versteeg will play vs. the Bruins.

Versteeg didn’t play the third period on Friday night, after he collided with teammate Bryan Bickell at the end of the second. Versteeg was down for a few moments before going off under his own power. The Blackhawks right wing, who practiced with the team on Saturday, said it was more precautionary that he didn’t return in the Blackhawks’ 4-2 victory over Anaheim.

Kris Versteeg
Crawford starts for the Blackhawks.

Crawford allowed two goals on 21 shots in a statement win over the Ducks on Friday. It was Crawford's first win since returning to the Hawks crease on January 2. He moved to 1-1-4 with a 2.43 GAA and .922 SV% in January. He has a tough matchup in a rare matchup against the Bruins.

Corey Crawford
Luongo returns to the Canucks crease tonight.

Luongo hasn't started since January 4 because of an ankle injury. In that contest he allowed two goals on 48 shots in a loss to the Kings. He is 16-10-6 with a 2.23 GAA and .922 SV% on the season and would draw an awesome matchup tonight vs. the Flames.

Roberto Luongo
Lehtonen leads the Stars onto the ice for warmups.

Lehtonen surrendered three goals on 40 shots in a a 4-2 loss to the Bruins on Thursday. It was his fourth straight start posting a SV% above .910, however he has only won one of those games. The Stars have run into some scoring issues lately and have been outscored 32-19 in their last eight games (1-7-0 in that span). Tonight he will face a surging Wild team who is 6-2-0 while outscoring the opposition 25-14 in their last eight.

Kari Lehtonen
Andersen leads the Ducks onto the ice for warmups.

Andersen stopped 31 of 32 shots in a win over the Canucks on Wednesday. With the Ducks entering the second game of a back-to-back he will relieve Jonas Hiller tonight in St. Louis. He has been excellent this season posting a 1.98 GAA and .927 SV% in 13 appearances. However, he is a risky start vs. a tough Blues team.
