Tokarski has not been great, but with Carey Price playing the way he is, they haven’t needed Tokarski. Tonight he faces a Devils team who have lost six in a row.

Tonight he will be making his fourth start against the Oilers of the season—he has gone 2-0-1 with a 1.62 GAA and .934 SV% in the first three meetings.

Scrivens allowed five goals on 27 shots in the Oilers loss in Anaheim last night. He will go again tonight with Richard Bachman still not with the team. Scrivens has gone 1-1-0 with a 3.54 GAA and .880 SV% in two starts against the Kings this season.

He started 14 games in March and went 9-3-2 with a 2.41 GAA and .923 SV%. He has been great since Ryan Miller went down, but he will be in tough tonight vs. the Blackhawks.

Rask allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Bruins 3-2 win over the Panthers on Tuesday. He has won three straight contests while posting a 1.25 GAA and .957 SV%. Tonight he will make his forth start of the season against the Red Wings—Rask has gone 2-1-0 with a 1.97 GAA and .919 SV% in the first three meetings.

Connolly took part in the morning skate, but when coach Claude Julien was asked about Connolly’s status all he said was “we’ll see.” Consider Connolly a game-time decision and expect to find out whether he makes his Bruins debut tonight during pre-game warmups at 7:00 p.m ET.

Gaustad missed Thursday’s practice and will be held out of the lineup on Saturday. The Predators are expected to get a few injured players back that day so no call-up is expected to be forthcoming.

Sheahan was scheduled to be back in the lineup on Tuesday, but he was scratched because of a setback. It was obviously only a minor setback because Sheahan has been cleared to return tonight vs. the Bruins. Sheahan will centre the Red Wings centre line with Darren Helm and Tomas Tatar on his wings.

Stoll has missed the last 10 games, but he will be back in tonight vs. the Oilers. He will skate on the third line with Dustin Brown and Trevor Lewis on his wings. Stoll has 15 points (6G / 9A) in 67 games this season.

Pearson, 21, was set to become a restricted free agent at the end of the season, bus is now signed through the 2016-17 season. Pearson has been out since January 10th because of a broken ankle, but has 12 goals and four assists (16 points) in 42 games this season.

Lander has registered six goals and 11 assists (17 points) in 33 games with the Oilers this season. Lander was set to become a restricted free agent at the end of the season, but is now signed through the 2016-17 season.

Ristolainen was held out of Wednesday’s game with an illness, but he is expected to be available for Friday’s contest vs. the Blackhawks. Ristolainen has three goals and one assist in his last three games.

Hedman will miss his second straight game with a lower-body injury. He missed the morning skate so his status for Saturday’s game in Florida remains cloudy.

Johnson skated in the Lightning’s morning skate, but will be held out for a third consecutive game because of an undisclosed injury. Johnson remains day-to-day, so monitor his status prior to Saturday’s game in Florida.
