Niemi will be in goal vs. Winnipeg.

Niemi gave up five goals on 29 shots in the Sharks 6-2 loss to the Blackhawks on Saturday. It was a rough night, but the Sharks will not hesitate to go back to Niemi tonight in Winnipeg. Niemi has gone 3-2-0 with a 2.19 GAA and .924 SV% in five starts in March.

Antti Niemi
Dubnyk starts Tuesday in Nashville.

Dubnyk made 41 saves on 42 shots in the Wild’s 3-1 win in St. Louis on Saturday. There are no words to describe how brilliant Dubnyk has been since coming to the Wild. It will be his 28th straight start with Minnesota—he has gone 20-5-1 with a 1.66 GAA and .939 SV% in the previous 27 starts.

Devan Dubnyk
Neuvirth will start in goal vs. the Blackhawks.

Neuvirth allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Islanders loss to the Canadiens on Saturday. With Jaroslav Halak out, Neuvirth will start his second game in a row. He has gone 1-1-1 with a 2.56 GAA and .889 SV% since coming to the Islanders. He draws a tough matchup against the Blackhawks, who have won four of five.

Michal Neuvirth
Penguins netminder will be a game-time decision; Greiss was first goalie off the ice.

The entire Penguins lineup will be a game-time decision tonight in New Jersey. Greiss stopped eight of nine shots after replacing Marc-Andre Fleury in the Penguins 5-1 loss to Detroit on Sunday. He has turned aside 63 of 67 shots (.940 SV%) in his last three outings. Greiss has gone 6-2-3 with a 2.75 GAA and .910 SV% on the road this season.

Thomas Greiss
Howard will start Friday in Tampa Bay.

Howard allowed seven goals on 36 shots in the Red Wings 7-2 loss to the Flyers last Saturday. Petr Mrazek has started the last two games, including yesterday’s loss, so it will be Howie tonight in Tampa Bay. Howard has gone 2-3-0 with a 3.45 GAA and .894 SV% in March.

Jimmy Howard
Mrazek will start Thursday in Florida.

Mrazek stopped 42 of 43 shots in the Red Wings 5-1 win over the Penguins on Sunday. The 42 saves is a bit misleading as the Red Wings were in control of this game from start-to-finish. He has been very strong this season going 14-5-1 with a 2.47 GAA and .914 SV% and should make for a nice start tonight vs. a Panthers team he is already 1-0 against this season.

Petr Mrazek
Hiller starts Tuesday vs. St. Louis.

Hiller allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Flames dominating 6-3 win over the Maple Leafs last Friday. hiller has stopped 77 of the last 82 shots (.939 SV%) that he has faced. In his firsts tart against St. Louis, he allowed four goals on 39 shots in a 4-1 loss.

The Bruins have recalled Jeremy Smith from Providence (AHL) on an emergency basis.

Tuukka Rask is reportedly under the weather, so it sounds like Smith might get called upon to backup Niklas Svedberg tonight vs. the Sabres.

Jeremy Smith
Tokarski is expected to get the nod vs. Florida.

Tokarski allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Canadiens loss to the Kings on March 5th. Tokarski has lost his last four games while posting a 3.19 GAA and .905 SV%. In his first start against the Panthers, he stopped 36 of 37 shots in a 2-1 shootout win.

Tonight he will make his second start against the Sharks and 17th at the MTS Centre. Pavelec has gone 7-6-3 with a 2.71 GAA and .897 SV% at home this season. He made 23 saves in a 3-0 loss in his first start vs. San Jose.
