Pavelec will start for the Jets.

Pavelec stopped 23 of 25 shots that he faced in Sunday's 3-2 win over Tampa Bay. He has been up-and-down in March, going 6-5-1 with a 2.74 GAA and .903 SV%. Pavelec has a fairly tough matchup tonight against a Hurricanes team who will have their full squad for the first time all season (with the exception of the goalie).

Ondrej Pavelec
Jake Allen first off the ice. Looks like he's getting the nod against the #oilers. #stlblues

Allen has not started since last Tuesday when he had his five game winning streak snapped. He should be well rested when he faces the Oilers tonight. It is a good matchup for Allen, so he should make for a good start tonight.

Forwards Jussi Jokinen and Tim Wallace have been placed on waivers, Hurricanes management confirmed on Tuesday.

Wallace, who signed a one-year, two-way contract with Carolina on July 19, 2012, has cleared waivers already once this season when the Canes assigned him to Charlotte on Jan. 18 after a week-long training camp.

Forwards Jussi Jokinen and Tim Wallace have been placed on waivers, Hurricanes management confirmed on Tuesday.

Jokinen has posted 10 points (5g, 5a) in 30 games with the Hurricanes. In total, he’s logged 285 games and 184 points (67g, 117a) with Carolina since joining the team on Feb. 9, 2009. Jokinen is in the second year of a three-year contract, worth $3 million per year. He is due to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2014.

Jussi Jokinen
The goaltending duel will be Marc-Andre Fleury vs. Carey Price.

Price allowed just two goals on 18 shots but it was enough for him to be on the hook for the loss. He has the tough duty of trying to stop the Penguins winning streak tonight. He is 0-0-1 with a 6.90 GAA and .806 SV% in his only start vs. the Penguins this season.

Carey Price
Appears Scrivens will start tonight although Carlyle not revealing much and it's an optional skate. Won't know for sure until warm-up.

Wait until warmups before determining if it will in fact be Scrivens in net. Scrivens has one win in his last five starts with a 3.56 GAA and .885 SV%. He has not been good as of late but the matchup with the Panthers is a good one, so if you're feeling lucky... Roll him as a spot start.

Ben Scrivens
Lundqvist in goal tonight.

Lundqvist allowed two goals on 22 shots in a losing effort vs. Washington. It is safe to say that Lundqvist has been a bust this season. He won 39 of 62 starts (62.9%) with a 1.97 GAA and .930 SV% last season. He has won 13 of 27 (47.1%) this season while posting a 2.21 GAA and .921 SV%. While he has been a bust, evidence by those numbers it is not his fault... The Rangers just can't put the puck in the net.

Henrik Lundqvist
Looks like top line for McGinn tonight.

McGinn was called up yesterday to replace the injured Danny Briere and will get a shot on the top line tonight. He will play alongside Giroux and Voracek, which is a good opportunity for him to produce. Wait to see if this could be a permanent spot for McGinn before running to the waiver wire to get him.

Tye McGinn
Morrow skating on second line with Jeffrey, Neal.

if Morrow impresses the coaches on the second line, when Malkin returns his fantasy value will go way up. The LW next to Malkin and Neal has changed all year, if Morrow can solidify that role he could become a useful fantasy asset. Morrow is a gritty player that can open space for his line-mates, he should help Neal and Malkin just as much as they help him.

Brenden Morrow
Nabokov in net.

Nabokov stopped all 26 shots that he faced in a 3-0 shutout win over the Panthers on Sunday. If Nabokov was on another team he would be a good fantasy option, however the Islanders limit his value. He has a tough matchup tonight against the Capitals and Alex Ovechkin who has found his rhythm lately.

Evgeni Nabokov
Marc-Andre Fleury will face the Canadiens tonight.

Fleury allowed one goal on 28 shots on Sunday, the win was his 10th straight. He has been fantastic this year because of how good the team has been in front of him. The Penguins just made a couple of trades to make their team that much stronger, Fleury is a must-start in all formats.

Marc-Andre Fleury
Peters will be in goal for Carolina tonight vs #NHLJets expect Pavelec to go for Jets

Braden Holtby is the first goaltender off the ice, will make his 6th straight start. #Caps

Holtby has won three straight starts with a 1.00 GAA and .964 SV%. He gets the nod tonight against a fairly weak Islanders team. Holtby is 7-3-0 with a 1.88 GAA and .940 SV% in March, he should make for a good start tonight.
