Zolnierczyk was suspended four games for leaving his feet on a hit on Senators defenceman Mike Lundin. He served two games of his suspension before being reassigned to the AHL.

Jimmy Howard is off to a red hot start in March.
Howard could have three shutouts in three games this month if it weren't for some late third period goals. He does have one shutout after stopping all 22 shots that he faced last night vs. Edmonton. He his 2-0-1 with a 0.65 GAA and .978 SV% so far in March. He will look to continue his strong play tomorrow vs. Columbus.
Right winger Derek Dorsett suffered a fractured clavicle at 1:36 of the first period, when he was driven into the net by Vancouver's Andrew Alberts.
The club announced after the game that he's likely to miss the rest of the season. It's a big blow for the Blue Jackets. Dorsett has three goals and six assists 24 games. Last season, he had 12 goals and 20 points -- both career highs.

Stars coach Glen Gulutzan said there is a chance Ray Whitney could play Tuesday vs. Nashville, but they'll be cautious.
Whitney broke his foot on February 2nd and could return to the lineup Tuesday. Consider him day-to-day for now and monitor his status before Tuesday's contest.

#Blackhawks Sharp (upper body) will not travel to Denver.
Sharp appeared to hurt his shoulder in yesterday's game vs. the Avalanche. Sharp won't travel with the team so he won't play tomorrow against Colorado.
Goalie Start
Kari Lehtonen, of course, gets the start in goal tonight.
Lehtonen has played well on the road this season, posting a 4-2-0 record with a 1.95 GAA and .938 SV%. He has a tough matchup tonight vs. Jonathan Quick and the Los Angeles Kings.
#flyers analyst Steve Coates just reported that Matt Read and Nick Grossmann will both play tonight.
Grossman will be in the lineup tonight, so he won't miss any time with the lower-body injury that he suffered on Tuesday.

Read was supposed to be out 5-6 weeks but he is back after only two weeks. The speedy recovery is great news for the Flyers, Read had seven goals and six assists in 18 games before getting hurt. It is unknown who Read will play with tonight.

Malone hasn't played since February 7th, and will enter the lineup in place of Adam Hall. Malone has four goals and one assist in 10 games this season.

It is no surprise that Quick is getting the start after Bernier was pulled on Tuesday. Quick is 4-1-1 with a 2.07 GAA and .896 SV% at home this season. He has a good matchup tonight vs. Dallas, start him with confidence.
Pronger not announcing retirement, sounds like he's still trying to get himself healthy. Says he's improving.
Pronger also stated that he still gets dizzy, gets headaches and has blurred vision from time-to-time. Pronger has been dealing with concussion and vision issues since being highsticked by Maple Leafs forward Nikolai Kulemin on October 24, 2011.
Paul Martin says he will play tonight.
Martin (lower-body) has sat out the last two games but will be back in the lineup tonight when the Penguins take on their rivals from Philadelphia. Martin will be back on the power-play as he was before he was hurt. He is having a career year offensively having posted four goals and 11 assists in 21 games.
Ballard and Bieksa out. Alberts and Barker in. Yes, that will be the third pairing.
Ballard re-entered the Canucks lineup on Tuesday but suffered a charley-horse that will cause him to miss tonight's game vs. Columbus. Andrew Alberts will enter the lineup for the injured Ballard.
