Goloubef suffered a long-term injury on Saturday and the Blue Jackets don't know if it will require surgery at this time. There is no word on what the nature of the injury is, but we know he won't be in the lineup anytime soon.
Calvert has missed the last four games with an upper-body injury his suffered on October 24th. Columbus has been working with a ton of injuries, but it looks like they could get both Calvert and Boone Jenner back on Tuesday. Calvert registered two points (1G / 1A) in the first seven games.
Miller was expected to resume skating today and he did after the team left the ice. He remains without a timetable for his return, but returning to the ice is a good sign that he is nearing a return.
There is no word as to why Seguin was absent from the skate, but we should get an update from coach Lindy Ruff shortly. Valeri Nichushkin skated in his spot on the top-line.
Malone was placed on waivers on Sunday with the intention of sending him to the AHL. Now that he has cleared, he can be sent down at any time, but with Mats Zuccarello listed as a game-time decision, there is a good chance Malone will stay with the team for tonight's game.
Semin served as a healthy scratch in the last two games and surprisingly enough, the Canes recorded their first two victories of the year. With that being the case, Semin will likely have the shortest of leashes heading into tomorrow's clash with the Blue Jackets. We've seen a ton of players respond well to being a healthy scratch, lets see how Semin answers.
McElhinney surrendered four goals on 27 shots in the loss to the Maple Leafs on Halloween. With Sergei Bobrovsky still sidelined with a broken pinky, McElhinney will make his third start i four games. He has allowed 11 goals on 78 shots (.859 SV%) in three games.
Anderson allowed four goals on 39 shots in the Senators loss to the Blackhawks last Thursday. Anderson is facing an average of 36.2 shots per game, but has managed to post a .934 SV%, however that has translated into just two wins. He should be prepared to face a ton of shots again tonight vs. a Red Wings team averaging more than 30 per game.
Aulie, 25, has been recalled because Andrew Ference was suspended for three games this afternoon. Aulie has one assist in eight games with OKC this season. He is a big, physical defensive-defenseman, so he is not known for his offensive game. He has just 13 points (4G / 9A) in 136 career NHL games.
Hunt, 26, had one goal in six games with the Oilers during his recall. But, he will now head back to OKC where he had 50 points (11G / 39A) in 66 games last season. Oscar Klefbom was recalled on Sunday to replace Hunt's offence.
Hall was diagnosed with a sprained MCL and is expected to miss 2-4 weeks. He is eligible to be activated next week, but he is not expected to be healthy. It obviously depends on the severity of the sprain and the player, but Ducks' forward Pat Maroon only missed two weeks with a sprain MCL, so there is some optimism that Hall won't be out one month.
Bobrovsky is one-week into a 1-2 week timetable and this is the first time that he has stepped on the ice since breaking his finger last week. Expect Bob to miss a few more games, but he should be back by this time next week at the latest.
Krejci is reportedly still dealing with the hip injury that caused him to miss the first three games of the season. He was playing through the pain, but he grew too be too painful to play through. Hip pain can be extremely painful, so consider Krejci doubtful for Tuesday.
Hiller stopped 18 of 20 shots in the Flames 6-2 dominant win over the Canadiens on Sunday. Hiller gets his fourth straight start tonight having posted a 1.95 GAA and .914 SV% in his last three outings. He has worked his way back into the must-start category the way he has played through his first eight starts.
Colaiacovo skated alongside Luke Schnn in Flyers practice this morning. In addition to working on the third pair, Colaiacovo played the point on the Flyers' second power-play unit. He provides some offensive punch to Philly's blueline, but he is a huge injury risk and likely won't provide enough offence to be considered valuable in standard fantasy leagues.
Nichushkin is back after a two-game conditioning stint with Texas (AHL). In those two contests, Nichushkin had one assist and a minus-4 rating. He could be back in the lineup on Tuesday, but we will await official word after practice.
Hemsky left Saturday's game with an upper-body injury and did not return. He was originally listed as day-to-day, but his presence on the ice this morning suggests the injury was minor and that he will be in the lineup on Tuesday vs. Los Angeles.
Ference was only assessed a two-minute minor on the play, but it was a nasty elbow to the head and has earned him a three game suspension. Ference will miss Tuesday's contest vs. Philly, Thursday vs. Boston and Friday against the Sabres. He is eligible to return to the lineup on Sunday in New York.
Zuccarello was not on the ice for the Rangers morning skate because he was "receiving treatment". If Zuccarello can't go and Ryan Malone is claimed off of waivers at noon, the Rangers will have to recall a forward from Hartford (AHL).
Boucher failed to record a point while averaging just 9:24 TOI in three games during his recall.
