#FlaPanthers goalie situation...Looks like Theodore tonight with Clemmensen as back up, and Markstrom tomorrow in Pitt.

Theodore has allowed 15 goals in his last four starts, all resulting in losses. Goaltending prospect Jacob Markstrom was just called up from the AHL so if Theodore does not start playing well, he will begin to lose starts. He also has a tough matchup tonight against a Flyers team coming off of two big wins in a row.

Howard just said he's starting. Feels much better. Had a ton of tests done yesterday.

Howard had to leave the Red Wings last game early in the first period because he said his "vision was blurry". Howard has been unable to record a win in his last 3 starts and the Wings are 0-2-2 in their last four. Howard has a good matchup tonight vs. the Blue Jackets and is hoping to play better than he did last time vs. Columbus when he allowed four goals on 28 shots.

Jimmy Howard
Lundqvist will start tonight for the Rangers.

Lundqvist was let down by his defence in a 3-1 defeat vs. Montreal. The third goal was an empty netter but 'King' Henrik still only had an .882 SV% because he let in 2 goals on only 17 shots. The Senators are banged up so it should be a good matchup for Lundqvist, but he will need to play well with Craig Anderson in the opposing net.

Henrik Lundqvist
Anderson will start tonight for Ottawa.

Anderson won his last start stopping 37 of 38 shots that the Islanders threw at him. Anderson has regressed a little but that was expected after a tremendous start. He is still one of fantasy's top goalie options but has a tough test tonight vs. Henrik Lundqvist and the Rangers. Good news for him is that Rangers forward Rick Nash will not play.

Craig Anderson
#FlaPanthers Dale Tallon also said Kris Versteeg not added to the injured list but doesn't expect him to make Pennsylvania trip #Flyers #Pens

Versteeg has missed the Panthers last three games and will miss tomorrow and Friday's games as well. He could be back on Sunday when the Panthers take on Boston.

Kris Versteeg
Halak will return to the net tonight for the Blues.

Halak missed the Blues last 8 games with a groin injury, but will be back between the pipes tonight for St. Louis. Halak is 3-0-0 with a 2.10 GAA and .889 SV% this season. He has a great matchup tonight vs. a banged up Avalanche team.

Jaroslav Halak
Semyon Varlamov will start in goal.

Varlamov has not been good as of late. He has given up 19 goals in his last 5 starts, which has only resulted in one win. And even in the win he gave up five goals in a 6-5 win, where the Avalanche scored a goal on a horrible missed offside call. He doesn't have a good matchup tonight either as the Avs take on the Blues.

Semyon Varlamov
Bernier will be between the pipes for the Kings.

Jonathan Quick started yesterday for the Kings recording the win over the Oilers so there is no surprise that they are going with Bernier in the tail-end of the back-to-back. Bernier has been great in his last two starts. He is 2-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA and .943 SV%. He has a great matchup tonight vs. the Flames and should be a great spot start.

Jonathan Bernier
Pitkanen may be able to play tomorrow Muller says.

Pitkanen has missed the Hurricanes last two contests but appears as if he could be ready to play tomorrow. Monitor his status tomorrow for a more accurate report on whether or not he will be in the lineup. He has 1 G and 5 A in 12 games this season.

Cristopher Nilstorp in goal for Dallas Stars tomorrow vs. Canucks.

WIth Lehtonen still on the shelf the Stars are rolling with Richard Bachman and Nilstorp. Nilstorp got 2 starts earlier this season before being reassigned to the AHL. He lost both his starts this season while posting a 2.70 GAA and .918 SV%. He has a tough matchup vs. Vancouver.

Christopher Nilstorp
Mike Green "didn't want to be explosive" in practice today, Adam Oates said. That's why he left after 10 minutes. Questionable for tomorrow.

Green missed the Capitals last contest and is questionable for tomorrow's game vs. New Jersey. Green has had a mediocre season posting 2 G and 5 A in 14 games. His 7 points is tied for 30th among NHL defencemen.

Mike Green
Per Ken Holland, #RedWings F Mikael Samuelsson has non-displaced fractured finger. Out minimum 2 weeks.

It has been a nightmare return to the Red Wings for Samuelsson he missed 12 of the Wings first 14 games with a groin injury. Once he returned he played in one game before fracturing his finger in practice yesterday and will now be out of the lineup for at least two weeks.

#CBJ coach Todd Richards said club has reassigned F Nick Drazenovic. Atkinson and Anisimov expected to play against Detroit.

Atkinson (ankle) has only appeared in three games this season but it looks like he will make his return to the lineup tomorrow vs. the Red Wings. Atkinson is a goal-scorer and Columbus will be happy to have him back in the lineup.

Cam Atkinson
