#RedWings still awaiting test results on G Jimmy Howard, who left Tuesday's game with blurry vision.

Reports are that Howard may have been hit in practice and this is what caused the blurry vision. Monitor his status over the next few days as the nature of the injury should be released. Jonas Gustavsson would presumably get the starts for the Red Wings should Howard miss any time.

Jimmy Howard
Bryzgalov vs Vokoun tonight as Flyers take on Pens

Bryzgalov shutout the Islanders in a 7-0 beat down on Monday. Bryzgalov has played very well this season but hasn't had a lot of help. Hopefully for Bryzgalov's sake that 7 goal win will get the Flyers on a roll. However they have a tough matchup tonight vs. their Pennsylvania rivals in Pittsburgh.

Ilya Bryzgalov
MacDonald will get the start tonight for Calgary.

MacDonald recorded the win while stopping 27 of 30 shots he faced in his last start. MacDonald played well for the Red Wings last year but this is not a good Flames team and is fantasy value is limited to good match-ups. Calgary takes on Los Angeles tonight, so I wouldn't touch MacDonald.

#NYR No Nash on the ice for Rangers practice. Winger is out with an undisclosed injury.

Nash was a late scratch in yesterday's game vs. Montreal with an undisclosed injury. He was questionable for Sunday's game but ultimately played. There is no news on what is ailing Nash but for now consider him as day-to-day.

Rick Nash
Initial signs from Marian Hossa better than post-Torres hit but Blackhawks being careful not to rush to judgement. Hope is he's back soon.

Hossa was hit by Jannik Hansen's forearm in the back of the head in yesterday's game. He went down and needed to be helped off the ice. Hossa had a bad concussion after being hit by Raffi Torres last year so Blackhawks fans are holding their breathe right now. Monitor his status in the next few days as more details are released.

Marian Hossa
Vokoun will start tonight for the Penguins.

Vokoun hasn't played since February 10th and is clearly the #2 goalie in Pittsburgh. He will need outplay Ilya Bryzgalov if he is going to record a win tonight. The Penguins are a better team than Philadelphia but Bryzgalov has played this well and could steal one at any point. Vokoun makes a decent spot start tonight.

The #FlaPanthers have recalled Jacob Markstrom from the @sarampage.

With both of the Panthers goalies struggling this season they have recalled Markstrom who is one of the NHL's best goalie prospects. Markstrom was 49-47-4 with a 2.65 GAA and .918 SV% in his 100 career AHL starts. He is also 2-5-1 in eight starts in the NHL. He could start tomorrow for the Panthers when they take on Philadelphia. Playing for Florida will limit his fantasy value but if he can stay up with the Panthers he could be a good pickup for people in Keeper leagues.

Jacob Markstrom
Niemi starts for the Sharks.

The Sharks have not been playing well lately and it is hurting Niemi's fantasy owners. Niemi is still posting good numbers (1.94 GAA, .930 SV%) but he isn't getting the wins. The Sharks looked so good at the start of the season but have since fallen off. If they find their game again soon Niemi will start to get the W's and help his fantasy owners again.

Antti Niemi
Price will be between the pipes for the Habs.

Price has missed the Canadiens last two games with the flu but is expected to be back in the cage tonight vs. the Rangers. In Price's last start he recorded a 26 save shutout vs. Florida however tonight's matchup vs. the Rangers will be a much tougher test than the Panthers.

Carey Price
Quick will start for the Kings tonight.

Quick has lost three straight games and five of his last six. He has struggled this season but this oddly resembles the Kings from last season... A team that is supposed to be good but struggles, so are they going to back into the playoffs and win the Stanley Cup again? Quick is still one of the NHL's best goalies and will work out of this slump. He is a good start tonight vs. the Oilers.

Jonathan Quick
Gabe Landeskog back at practice with #Avs. Orange jersey on though

Landeskog hasn't played since January 26th when he was hit hard by Sharks defenceman Brad Stuart and suffered multiple injuries. The Avalanche need him back but aren't going to rush their young captain. It appears as if he is still at least a week away from returning.

Gabriel Landeskog
#Caps Oates says no setback for Laich (groin), says day-to-day, says he didn't skate yesterday.

Laich has been cleared for contact and will likely return to the Capitals lineup soon. The Capitals have started to take steps in the right direction after a terrible start to the season and getting Laich back will only help them. Monitor his status in the coming days because he could be worth a waiver wire pickup when he is ready to return.

Brooks Laich
As part of ongoing recovery from fractured forearm, Joffrey Lupul now back skating as well. Likely couple weeks till return.

The Maple Leafs have had young players step up in the absence of Lupul and are winning games without him, so they will probably take their time with Lupul. That being said he had a career year last season in Toronto and will likely be eager to get back on the ice with his buddy Kessel and start scoring again.

Joffrey Lupul
David Booth has been medically cleared to play and will play for #Canucks vs. #Blackhawks tonight.

Booth has yet to play this season but would be a welcomed addition to an already strong Canucks lineup. Booth ahad 16 G and 14 A in 68 games last season and has been a solid scorer his whole career. He is likely available in a lot of leagues and could have a solid impact on our fantasy lineup when he gets back into game shape.
