Hedberg was a tough luck loser allowing one goal on 22 shots in a 2-1 shootout loss to the Flyers. He has a tough matchup against Carey Price and the Montreal Canadiens.

Marty Havlat skated again on Saturday morning with the team and appears to be nearing a return.
Havlat has been out since March 2, when a lower body injury prevented him from playing in the third period against Nashville.
Thomas Greiss remains on injured reserve and is not on the Sharks’ five-game road trip, which begins on Saturday night against the Kings.
Greiss, who has been out since March 9 with what is officially being called a sore neck, was hurt when he was run over in a game in Calgary on March 7. Alex Stalock has served as Antti Niemi’s backup for the past four games, and will continue to do so for at least the next two. McLellan left open the possibility that Greiss could join the team on the road.

MIke Smith is expected to start in goal for the Coyotes, who are just 3-6-2 on the road this season.
Smith has won two out of his last three starts with a 2.00 GAA and .929 SV%. He has a rocky matchup tonight against a Columbus team that doesn't look good on paper but are 5-0-2 in their last seven.

Pavelec has won two of his last three starts with a 1.62 GAA and .939 SV%. This will be his third start against the Maple Leafs this season. He is 1-1-0 with a 2.52 GAA and .886 SV% in the two previous meetings.

Backstrom has played very well as of late. He has won three of his last four with a 1.97 GAA and .924 SV%. He has a solid matchup vs. the Avalanche.
Belanger (groin) won't play against Nashville on Sunday. Should be ready Wednesday.

Vokoun likely starts tomorrow vs Boston.
It appears Vokoun will start the second game of a back-to-back vs. the Rangers and the Bruins. Vokoun has won all three of his last three appearances including a relief win when Fleury struggled. In those three games he posted a 2.61 GAA and .909 SV%. He has a tough matchup vs. the Bruins.
The Senators goalie didn't make the trip here, but he was on the ice Friday for the first time in over a week.
Anderson will continue skating throughout the weekend to test the ankle he injured Feb. 21. There is no timetable for Anderson's return from the high ankle sprain, but it's a promising sign that he was able to skate.
#Canucks AV: one change, Kassian (back tweak) will not play.
Kassian will miss his first game of the season with a back issue. Tom Sestito will draw into the lineup for Kassian.

We are not getting coach Mike Yeo before the game, but I saw Niklas Backstrom doing his turtle walk. I didn't make eye contact, but the routine indicates he is of course starting.
That is far from confirmation but it sounds as if Backstrom will get the start tonight for the Wild, and why wouldn't he? He has won three of his last four with a 1.97 GAA and .924 SV%. He has a solid matchup vs. the Avalanche. Check back around 2:30 P.M EST for confirmation.
Oshie has been placed on injured reserve. Move was needed with return of Tarasenko. #stlblues need Cracknell here because Reaves is sick.
Oshie will miss the game in Vancouver and the earliest he could play would be in Edmonton.
