Datsyuk didn't play in the Red Wings 5-3 loss to Anaheim last night. Could be back tomorrow vs. Minnesota.

This is the first time Hartnell skated on his surgically repaired foot, there is still no timetable for his return. Monitor his status going forward.

Kari Lehtonen was injured in yesterday's game so Nilstorp has been recalled to backup Richard Bachman while Lehtonen is out with an injury.

Anderson comes into tonight at 7-3-2 with a 1.58 GAA and .949 SV% but things are about to get more difficult for him as the Senators begin life without Karlsson. He has a fairly good matchup tonight against the Maple Leafs.

Lehtonen had won 5 straight entering play last night, but was forced to leave the game with a groin injury. Richard Bachman came in for him and won the game. Lehtonen is considered day-to-day for now, and Bachman will likely start on Sunday.

Holtby has won 3 in a row posting a 2.66 GAA and .910 SV% in that span. He has a tough matchup vs. the Rangers.

With Reimer on the shelf Scrivens will get the majority of the starts going forward. He is 0-1-0 with a 2.56 GAA and .939 SV% since Reimer was injured. He has a pretty good matchup vs. the Senators as life without Erik Karlsson begins.

Nabokov finally broke a 4 game losing streak in his last outing. He is 1-4-0 with a 2.78 GAA and .891 SV% in his last 5. Doesn't get any easier today vs. the East leading Devils.

Budaj is 0-1-1 with a 4.32 GAA and .866 SV% on the year. Not a great match-up vs. the Flyers.

Price will miss tonight's game because of the flu. Robert Mayer recalled to back up Peter Budaj.

This is a tough break for the Red Wings as another player is going to miss a game due to injury. This one hurts even more because it is Datsyuk. Gustav Nyquist will play in his spot.

Wisniewski is at home with his wife for the birth of his child and will not play tonight and may miss tomorrow as well. Adrian Aucoin will come off of IR and replace Wisniewski.

Aucoin hasn't played since January 29 and has 0 points and is a -5 on the year. He is not fantasy relevant.

Backes left yesterday's practice with a groin strain and there was some doubt whether or not he would be ready to go to night. However he practiced this morning and looks like he will be good to go.

Corey Crawford is day-to-day with an upper-body injury so Karlsson was called up to serve as Ray Emery's backup.

J.S Giguere has left the Avs for personal reasons but is expected to rejoin the team in the next couple of days. Pickard likely will not see any game action and will serve as Varlamov's backup.

Varlamov has lost 3 straight and gave up 3 goals in each game. The Avalanche are banged up and are struggling right now. They will take on the Oilers who with all their talent are also having a hard time scoring. Varlamov is a #2 fantasy option at this point.

Millers .915 SV% is not bad but his 2.89 GAA is not Miller-like. To be fair to him the Sabres defence has been terrible this season. It doesn't get any easier for the Sabres tonight as they take on the Bruins, so play Miller at your own risk.

Bobrovsky has lost 3 straight starts in ugly fashion. He has a 4.06 GAA and .833 SV% in his lat 3. Columbus is taking on the reigning Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings tonight. I wouldn't recommend Bobrovsky as a fantasy starter tonight.

Lehtonen has a 5 game winning-streak heading into tonight's game against Vancouver. During his 5 game winning streak he has a 1.77 GAA and .940 SV%, however those numbers will be put to the test tonight against a tough Vancouver team.
