Hanzal will miss his seventh straight game tonight, but is getting closer to returning to the lineup. His next chance to return in Monday in Los Angeles.

Ortio allowed two goals on 22 shots in a 7-2 win over the Ducks on Wednesday. Since being recalled, Ortio has gone 3-3-0 with a 2.20 GAA and .907 SV%. He will face a Coyotes team who rank 16th in the NHL in scoring and have won four of their last six.

Eakin missed Friday's game, but was on the ice on Saturday morning and could be available on Sunday in Winnipeg. He has 29 points (13G / 16A) in 65 games this season.

Lehtonen will be with the team on their three-game road trip, but no guarantee that he will play. He is still listed as day-to-day, but should be back soon barring any setbacks.

Smith allowed two goals on 20 shots in a loss to the Bruins on Thursday. Smith is in line to start his his eighth straight game tonight vs. Calgary. He is 4-3-0 with a 2.14 GAA and .923 SV% in his previous seven games. He has gone 1-1-0 in two starts vs. the Flames this season.

Quick did not practice on Friday and he was absent from the Kings' optional morning skate. It sounds like Martin Jones will get the start tonight and Quick may not be healthy enough to back-up.

Pavelec left Friday's game with a lower-body injury and did not return. Al Montoya will start on Sunday and Michael Hutchinson will be recalled from the AHL. Pavelec will be re-evaluated next week.

Paille is on the ice for warmups, so it looks like he will be in the lineup today vs. the Hurricanes. Paille missed the last two games with a concussion he suffered on March 9. With Paille coming back in, Shawn Thornton will likely take a seat.

Mason allowed two goals on 26 shots in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Devils. Today will mark his seventh consecutive start. In his last six games, he has three wins with a 3.50 GAA and .880 SV%. He lost his first start vs. Pittsburgh and could be in for a long afternoon today.
