The Capitals have recalled Patrick Wey from Hershey (AHL).

Wey is a Pittsburgh native so he could get onto the Capitals blueline tonight in front of his friends and family at CONSOL Energy Center. Wey has two assists in three games with the Capitals and one goal with five assists in 25 games with Hershey.

Lundqvist likely starts Tuesday.

Lundqvist stopped all 30 shots that he faced in a 3-0 win over the Red Wings on Sunday. Sunday was his 300th career win and his 49th shutout, which is tied for the most in Rangers history. 'King Henrik' is 2-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .942 SV% against the Hurricanes this season.

Henrik Lundqvist
Anderson left Monday's contest in the third period and did not return.

Anderson skated off to the dressing room after Milan Michalek collided with him on a Nashville scoring chance. He stopped 26 of 29 shots before the injury. The nature of Anderson's injury is not known. Robin Lehner stopped 12 of 13 shots he faced in relief. The Predators won the game 4-3 in overtime. Expect an update on Anderson's status in the next 24 hours, if he misses time then Robin Lehner is worth an add for Anderson owners.

Craig Anderson
Parenteau will miss 4-6 weeks with a knee injury.

Parenteau injured his right knee on his first shift in the first period Monday against the Winnipeg Jets. Parenteau will likely miss the remainder of the regular season, but could return for the playoffs. Parenteau missed 10 games because of an MCL injury to his left knee earlier this season. He has 14 goals and 19 assists in 53 games. Head coach Patrick Roy said the Avalanche will call up forwards Paul Carey and Brad Malone from Lake Erie (AHL).

P.A. Parenteau
Nolan has served his one game suspension and is eligible to return on Thursday vs. Toronto.

Nolan was suspended one-game for sucker-punching Jesse Joensuu of the Oilers on Sunday. Nolan served his suspension during Monday's win over the Flames. Nolan has nine points (5G /4A) with 52 penalty minutes and 48 shots on goal in 54 games this season.

Jordan Nolan
Former Calgary Hitmen goalie Martin Jones gets the start in Calgary.

Jones gave up four goals 29 shots in a win over the Avalanche on February 26. He will likely get a rare start tonight in the second game of a back-to-back. Jonathan Quick has won six in a row, so don't expect Jones to get many starts going forward. However, tonight he is a great spot-start option vs. the Flames.

The Red Wings have recalled Cory Emmerton from Grand Rapids (AHL).

Detroit lost another centreman when Joakim Andersson broke his foot in Sunday's loss to the Rangers, so Emmerton has been recalled to centre the fourth line while Andersson sits for the next 2-3 weeks. Emmerton has two assists in 11 games with the Red Wings this season. While with the Griffins, he has totaled 14 goals and 21 assists (35 points) in 43 games.

Burrows (foot) will play on Monday.

Burrows is battling a sore foot after blocking a shot on Saturday, but head coach John Tortorella said that Burrows will battle through it and play vs. the Isles tonight. Burrows has been terrible this season. He is still searching for his first goal of the season and he has only five assist with a minus-14 rating in 34 games. He is played nearly 20 minutes a night alongside Henrik Sedin, but the four-time 20-plus goal scorer can't buy a goal right now.

Alexandre Burrows
Richardson (undisclosed) is day-to-day.

Richardson will not dress for a third consecutive game on Monday. He was believed to be a healthy scratch when he sat out the last two games, but head coach John Tortorella said today that Richardson is day-to-day. After a good start to the season, Richardson has not scored a goal since January 1, and has just one assist in that span of 20 games.

Brad Richardson
Thomas likely to start both games of the Stars' back-to-back.

Thomas started against the Blue Jackets on Monday, however the game was postponed because Rich Peverley collapsed on the Stars' bench. Expect him to be in goal tonight when the Stars take on the Blue in St. Louis. It is a really difficult matchup and could be a difficult game for the Stars after last night's incident.

Brodeur starts Tuesday in Philadelphia.

Brodeur surrendered four goals on 33 shots in a win over the Hurricanes on Saturday. He has now won three straight starts while posting a 2.67 GAA and .893 SV%. While those numbers might not be pretty, Brodeur is doing what Brodeur does, which is win games. Brodeur is 1-1-1 with a 1.33 GAA and .944 SV% against the Flyers this season.

Martin Brodeur
Montoya starts for the Jets.

Montoya stopped all 12 shots he faced while mopping up for Ondrej Pavelec in Saturday's loss to the Senators. Tonight, he will start against the Avalanche for the third time this season. In the previous two meetings he has gone 1-1-0 with a 1.94 GAA and .943 SV%.

Al Montoya
Bernier will be between the pipes for the Maple Leafs.

Bernier allowed three goals on 31 shots in a OT win over the Flyers on Saturday. It was his second straight win and 24th of the season. He will be back in goal tonight, but draws a very difficult task as the Leafs get set to face the Ducks in Anaheim. Bernier stopped 23 of 25 shots in a 4-2 win the first time he faced Anaheim.

Jonathan Bernier
Varlamov starts for the Avalanche.

Varlamov allowed two goals on 25 shots in a 2-1 loss to the Blues on Saturday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for the Russian netminder. Tonight, he will get the nod against the Jets at the Pepsi Center. Coming into play Varly has gone 19-7-3 with a 2.31 GAA and .927 SV% at home this season.

Semyon Varlamov
Nabokov in goal for the Islanders.

Nabokov allowed three goals on 29 shots in a loss to the Oilers on Wednesday. He has lost four of his last five starts while allowing 18 goals on 116 shots (.845 SV%). He is losing his 'starter' tag on Long Island, but does it really matter? They are terrible and you probably should own him regardless if he is the number-1 or not.

Evgeni Nabokov
Montoya likely starting for the Jets.

Montoya stopped all 12 shots he faced while mopping up for Ondrej Pavelec in Saturday's loss to the Senators. Tonight, it looks like he will start against the Avalanche for the third time this season. In the previous two meetings he has gone 1-1-0 with a 1.94 GAA and .943 SV%.

Al Montoya
Jones was the first goalie off of the ice at the Kings' morning skate.

Jones gave up four goals 29 shots in a win over the Avalanche on February 26. He will likely get a rare start tonight in the second game of a back-to-back. Jonathan Quick has won six in a row, so don't expect Jones to get many starts going forward. However, tonight he is a great spot-start option vs. the Flames.
