Bishop stopped all 31 shots that he faced for his first shutout of the season. He has won three of his last four starts, including allowing just four goals in his last three games. Bishop will have a test tonight with the St. Louis Blues coming to town.

It was reported by multiple sources that Steve Mason would start tonight but now it will be Emery. He allowed four goals on 15 shots in a relief effort last night. Emery has yet to win a game and has a 5.08 GAA and .846 SV% this season.

Neuvirth stopped 38 of 41 shots in a loss to the Canucks on Monday. WIth Braden Holtby being inconsistent through the first month of the season, some strong starts should earn Neuvirth some more playing time. He has a great matchup tonight with the Panthers in town.

Clemmensen will make his first start of the season for the Panthers, he made two starts for the San Antonio Rampage (AHL) going 1-1-0 with a 3.50 GAA and .894 SV%. The Panthers would like to have given this start to Tim Thomas but he is still dealing with a leg injury. The Capitals hung seven goals on the Flyers last night, so Clemmensen doesn't look like a strong spot-start tonight.

Luongo turned aside 25 of 27 shots in Wednesday's loss to the Red Wings. All-in-all it was a good performance by Luongo, but the game-winner was a weak wrister from the blueline that he could not see. Thins don't get any easier for Bobby Lu tonight with the Maple Leafs in town.

Reimer is 2-0 with a 0.50 GAA and .988 SV% with a shutout in his last two starts. The Maple Leafs have the best problem right now with both their netminders playing at a high level. Reimer has a 1.99 GAA and .949 SV% on the season, but has a tough mathchup vs. the red-hot Sedin's and the Canucks tonight.

Tonight, Neal will miss his 14th consecutive game with an upper-body injury. The Penguins are 9-4-0 without Neal, so they will not rush him back.

Lecavalier left the game after his fight with Steve Oleksy in the third period. He has a “facial contusion,” but no lost teeth as some outlets have reported. Flyers GM Paul Holmgren says Lecavalier is more sore on side of his face.

We will go ahead and call Bishop likely, but will have to wait until 6:30 p.m for warm-up confirmation. Bishop stopped all 31 shots that he faced for his first shutout of the season. He has won three of his last four starts, including allowing just four goals in his last three games. Bishop will have a test tonight with the St. Louis Blues coming to town.

Burns will miss his sixth straight game tonight. He continues to skate on his own, but has not joined his teammates. Consider him questionable for Tuesday.

There were reports that he had suffered a broken orbital bone, but that is not the case. Downie suffered a concussion and will be released from hospital tomorrow. The Flyers have not given a timetable for Downie's return.

Schneider declared himself fit to start tomorrow, but he will not back-up tonight. Monitor his status tomorrow when the Devils take on the Wild.

Jordan Staal has had a slow start to the season, he has just one goal and two assists through 13 games. Moving him onto a line with his brother Eric is an attempt to wake up the Hurricanes 26th ranked offence.

Peters allowed three goals on 32 shots in his fourth straight loss on Friday. Since Peters became the default starter because of injuries to Cam Ward and Anton Khudobin, Peters is 0-4-0 with a 3.10 GAA and .897 SV%. Although he has a strong matchup vs. the Rangers, I'm sure you have better options.

Meszaros got back into the lineup on October 29 but was a healthy scratch again last night. He will once again be inserted into the lineup tonight, Mez has no points and a minus-1 rating in six games.

Schenn has one goal and a minus-7 rating in 12 games this season. Hal Gill will make his Flyers debut with Schenn taking a seat.

Craig Berube wants to shake things up tonight so Schenn will take a seat while Gill makes his Flyers debut. Gill had no points in 32 games with the Predators last season.
Zatkoff allowed four goals on 25 shots in a loss to the Islanders on October 25. He has struggled posting a 5.06 GAA and .818 SV% through two starts. He has OK matchup vs. the Blue Jackets - however they threw 39 shots at Marc-Andre Fleury last night, so you might want to stay away from Zatkoff.

Poulin allowed four goals on 31 shots in a loss to the Flyers on October 26. He has lost each of his two starts this season while posting a 3.53 GAA and .881 SV%. The Islanders played very well against the Senators last night, but will be in tough tonight vs. the Bruins.
