Joe Sacco said, even if Kobasew hadn’t been hurt, not to read too much into the fact that Peter Mueller wasn’t among the top 12 forwards in line combos today. But the fact is, Mueller’s recent torso injury (and it was a torso, not a concussion!) was a setback in that it makes it a bit more justified for Sacco to play other guys when the team is playing so well right now.

Mueller should stay in the lineup tomorrow but likely plays on a bottom line. Limited to only 16 games this season, the oft-injured forward scored five goals and seven points.
