The Calgary Flames announced today that defenseman Brett Carson has been reassigned to the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League.
Carson has no fantasy hockey value whatsoever.

The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have re-assigned defenceman Paul Postma to the St. John’s IceCaps.
Postma has no points in three games this season. The offensive defender loses all immediate fantasy hockey value with this demotion.

In seven career appearances against the Habs, Johnson has a 0-4-1 record with a 3.10 GAA and .892 SV%.
The news that Devils defenseman Henrik Tallinder has a blood clot in his lower left leg and will miss six to eight weeks came as a surprise to the entire team.
Tallinder was a late scratch and will be out until March at the very earliest. The Stockholm, Sweden native has six assists over 39 games. Rookie Matt Taormina will replace him in the lineup.

Kaleta was questionable before today's game but managed to stay in the lineup. He was later seen in the locker room favoring his leg. In 30 games, the agitator has three goals and five points with 60 PIM.
Colin White is warming up for #SJSharks. This after Demers also missed yesterdays practice with a 'maintenance day'
Demers took a maintenance day yesterday and apparently did not play because of his injury. He has two goals and 11 points through 33 games.
Glencross no MRI results yet..no time frame determined..on IR out at least 7 days for now.
Sounds like Glencross will be out until after the All-Star Game. The Kindersley, Saskatchewan native has 18 goals and 33 points on the season in what could be a career season.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
