The Sharks will turn to Georgiev between the pipes for the third time in four games since joining the team. The 30-year-old Sundqvist is averaging 12:21 time-on-ice and has three points (2G / 1A) in 23 games this season. He has been held off the scoresheet in nine straight.

Binnington allowed three goals on 27 shots (.889 SV%) in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils but will return to the crease on Thursday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Arvidsson has not played since November 12th, missing 15 games with undisclosed injury, but will return to the lineup on Thursday against the Boston Bruins. The 31-year-old Arvidsson has five points (2G / 3A) in 16 games this season. He will play on the third line alongside Adam Henrique and Connor Brown.

The Penguins have points in eight of their last 10 (7-2-1) and enter Thursday's contest as +139 road underdogs against a Nashville Predators club coming off a 2-0 win over the New York Rangers.

Greenway has been a game-time decision each game since returning from an injury earlier this month and will finally be shut down long-term after underdoing surgery to address his injury. The 27-year-old Greenway is averaging 15:55 time-on-ice, recording seven points (3G / 4A) and 54 hits in 20 games this season.

The Sabres have lost 11 straight (0-8-3), and are 0-5-2 since Dahlin has been out of the lineup.
