Torts says Tim Erixon will be returned to Connecticut (AHL) after trip, if there are no injuries. Organization wants him to keep playing.
Sounds like Erixon is with the team as insurance opposed to getting regular playing time on the third pairing. No reason to roster the top prospect at this time.

Mike Rupp says he believes he'll be back in the lineup either Saturday at Phoenix or Tuesday against the Devils.
Expect the resident tough guy to force Erik Christensen out of the lineup again.
Marc Staal says next step for him is now get his strength back in the weight room.
Staal took line rushes with rookie Tim Erixon today and may be nearing a return over the next month or so. The Rangers will continue to play it safe with their top defender so don't expect him this calendar year.

Definitely a good sign for the scoring winger. Expect him to get back on the ice within a week if his symptoms remain dormant.

St. Louis is skating which is a good sign but is out indefinitely as he waits for his facial injuries to heal.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
