Roman Hamrlik and Alexander Semin are with the Caps on their road trip to face the Florida Panthers and then the Ottawa Senators. Semin missed Saturday night's game with a right shoulder injury. He's also considered day-to-day.
Semin practiced yesterday but was held out of shooting drills and line rushes. He likely needs a few practices to get his strength back and could play over the next two games.
Roman Hamrlik and Alexander Semin are with the Caps on their road trip to face the Florida Panthers and then the Ottawa Senators. Hamrlik missed the past two games with what coach Dale Hunter called a lower-body injury. He's officially listed as day-to-day, though he hasn't skated since Thursday.
Hamrlik is currently not practicing but could draw back into the lineup for one of the team's two road games. He holds no fantasy hockey value at the moment with only one point and a minus-10 rating. Wait and see if he turns his season around before picking him up.

Mike Green stayed back in the D.C. area, according to a team spokesman.
Green is guaranteed to miss two more games so remember to keep him on your IR.
Filip Kuba's probably out.
Kuba continues to need rest and is currently out indefinitely. Prior to getting hurt he scored two goals and eight points. You may want to look for a better option in shallow leagues.

Craig Anderson will be in goal for the Sens against Tampa Bay on Monday.
Over seven career appearances against the Bolts, Anderson holds a 3-1-2 record with a 1.36 GAA, .946 SV% and two shutouts.

In two career appearances against the Canucks, Karlsson is 0-0-1 with a 2.18 GAA and .929 SV%.

Gustavsson stopped 28 of 30 shots in his only other start against the Rangers this season.
Clutterbuck says he's good to go #mnwild
Expect Clutterbuck to get back into the lineup after missing a game. The winger is on pace for career highs this year and should be considered in most standard leagues.

Erik Johnson re-inserted into the lineup.
Johnson gets back into the lineup after missing a few games with a groin injury. Expect him to be eased back into the lineup as rookie Stefan Elliott has been handling most of Johnson's offensive duties.
LINEUP: Chuck Kobasew out (leg)
Kobasew will miss tonight's game as the team plans on dressing seven defensemen. In his first year with the Avs, the former 20-goal scorer posted three goals and six points as he was shuffled up and down the lineup.

Butler skated on the top line during yesterday's game and may stick there. He's now climbed out of the doghouse and has two goals and six points in 17 games.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
