Seguin has missed the last 11 games with a lower-body injury but took a step in the right direction after returning to practice to practice in full capacity on Monday. Before his injury, Seguin was enjoying his best campaign in several years with 45 points (20G / 25A) in 58 games.
Lindgren has been the more reliable of the Capitals goalies this season and, as such, he will start for a third straight game on Monday. The 30-year-old netminder has allowed three or fewer goals in five straight (4-1-0), posting a sensational .959 SV%. Seattle is riding a four-game losing streak and will turn to Daccord on Monday night for his second start in their last four games. Daccord has been limited to only one win in his last three outings (1-2-0) but has played well lately, allowing three or fewer goals in each, including saving 21 of 23 shots (.913 SV%) in his last contest, a 2-1 loss to the Washington Capitals. Seattle enters action as a -115 home favourite against the Buffalo Sabres.
Marner has not practiced in nearly two weeks, has missed three games, and will miss at least two more with his high-ankle injury. Marner's timeline began as day-to-day, but the severity of his injury has elevated over the past week. The talented right-winger was scoring at a torrid pace before his injury, with 21 points (3G / 18A) in his last 13 games.
Lyubushkin has played five straight for the Maple Leafs, registering two assists, a +1 plus/minus, and 25 hits. The Maple Leafs play back-to-back games on Tuesday and Wednesday but Lyubushkin is unlikely to play the front-end against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Eriksson Ek has been tremendous for Minnesota this season and, although the severity of his injury seems minor, it creates a sizeable void down the middle in the lineup. Through 66 games this season, Eriksson Ek already has 60 points (29G / 31A), only one shy of his career-high set last season.
The Panthers do not play until Thursday, March 21st, so Bobrovsky's absence from practice due to illness could be a moot point by then. The veteran netminder has been terrific this season but has struggled lately, allowing three or more goals in three straight (1-2-0), including allowing four goals on 15 shots (.733 SV%) in a 5-3 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning in his last outing.
Smith was the third-round pick of the Coyotes in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and has played 14 career NHL games but has yet to suit up with the Coyotes this season. In 48 games with the Tuscon Roadrunners, he has 27 points (9G / 18A).
Ungar is an undrafted 22-year-old netminder out of Alberta who has earned himself his first professional contract after an impressive campaign with Brock University (OUAA), posting a 2.15 GAA and .932 SV% in 26 games (20-6-0). Previously, Ungar spent five seasons in the WHL.
Wotherspoon earned his first call-up of the season last week after it was announced Jonas Seaganthaler (concussion) would be out indefinitely, but did not crack the lineup. The 31-year-old defenseman's last NHL appearance was in 2016-17 with Calgary. He has succeeded on Utica's back-end this season, with four goals, 19 points, 18 PIMs and a +3 plus/minus through 54 games played.
With the Devils' recent acquisitions of Kaapo Kahkonen and Jake Allen, Daws has become the odd-man out and has been reassigned to the Utica Comets (AHL). Daws struggled to be consistent between the pipes for the Devils this season, posting a 3.15 GAA and .894 SV% in 21 games (9-11-0).
Nikita Okhotyuk will be a healthy scratch for the first time as a member of the Flames, allowing Hanely to re-enter the lineup. In four games with the Flames, Hanley has one assist, a -2 plus/minus, and 10 hits.
Okhotyuk has played three straight games since being acquired in a trade last week but will be a healthy scratch on Monday. Joel Hanley will draw back into the Flames lineup as his replacement against the Washington Capitals.
The Flames will turn to Wolf for a third straight game with Jacob Markstrom still sidelined with a lower-body injury. Wolf has been sensational at every level but, before this stint, has had trouble translating that to NHL success in limited action. That said, the 22-year-old Wolf may be finding his form with the Flames, as he has saved 67 of 70 shots (.957 SV%) since Markstrom's injury and has won both of his two starts. The Flames enter action as -130 home favourites against the Washington Capitals.
Reinbacher was the fifth overall pick of the Canadiens in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft and is set to make his professional North American debut after being reassigned to the Laval Rocket (AHL). The Austrian-born Reinbacher had 11 points (1G / 10A in 35 games with Kloten HC (NL) this season.
