Lilleberg has been reassigned to Syracuse (AHL) on Friday.

Lilleberg made a strong impact in his first career appearance with Tampa Bay but has been reassigned to Syracuse (AHL) after the Lightning made some deadline acquisitions. The 23-year-old Norweigan rookie will head back to the minors with three assists,17 SOG, eight PIMs and a -14 plus/minus in 23 games played with Tampa Bay.

Knies (undisclosed) is expected to play on Saturday vs. Montreal after leaving last game early due to injury.

Knies exited Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Boston Bruins in the first period after playing only 3:18 time-on-ice. The first-year forward has 26 points (11G / 15A) in 61 games this season and isn't expected to miss any time due to his injury.

Matthew Knies
Rooney has been signed to a one-year, $1.3 million contract extension.

Rooney was sidelined until February due to off-season shoulder surgery but has played all 13 games for the Flames since making his season debut, tallying one goal and 21 hits in 13 games. The 30-year-old Rooney has played predominantly on a line with Walker Duehr and Jakob Pelletier.

Oettinger will start on Friday in Anaheim.

On the front end of a back-to-back, the Stars will turn to Oettinger between the pipes on Friday night. Oettinger has won three straight but struggled in his last outing, allowing six goals on 20 shots (.700 SV%) in a 7-6 overtime victory over the San Jose Sharks. The Stars are significant -320 road favourites against an Anaheim Ducks club that will likely be missing several key offensive pieces on Friday night.

Jake Oettinger
The Jets acquired Colin Miller from the Devils for a 2026 fourth-round pick.

The Jets were adding offensive pieces ahead of the trade deadline by adding Sean Monahan and Tyler Toffoli but added defensive depth as well with the acquisition of Colin Miller. Miller is an impending unrestricted free agent with a $1.85 million AAV. He has seven points (3G / 4A), 72 hits, and 31 blocks in 40 games this season.

Colin Miller
The Maple Leafs have acquired Connor Dewar from the Wild for Dmitry Ovchinnikov and a 2026 fourth-round pick.

The Maple Leafs acquired additional depth for their bottom-six forward group by acquiring Dewar before the trade deadline. The 24-year-old Dewar is an impending restricted free agent and has 14 points (10G / 4A) in 57 games this season.

Connor Dewar
Vilardi (upper body) is expected to skate on Monday and not expected out long-term.

Vilardi exited last Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Dallas Stars in the second period with an upper-body injury and will return to practice on Monday. The 24-year-old Vilardi had been productive lately, scoring 10 points (5G / 5A) in his last seven games before his injury.

Gabriel Vilardi
Zboril has been assigned to Cleveland (AHL).

The Blue Jackets acquired Jakub Zboril and a 2027 third-round pick from the Bruins for Andrew Peeke on Friday. Zboril has spent the entirety of the 2023-24 campaign, posting nine points (0G / 9A) in 31 games with the Providence Bruins (AHL). The 27-year-old defenseman is an impending unrestricted free agent.

Jakub Zboril
Ingram will start on Friday vs. Detroit.

On the tail-end of a back-to-back, the Coyotes will turn to Ingram after losing 5-2 to the Minnesota Wild with Karel Vejmelka between the pipes on Thursday. Ingram has not won since January 22nd and allowed four goals on 31 shots (.871 SV%) in his last outing, a 5-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks. The Coyotes enter action as +119 home underdogs against the Detroit Red Wings.

Connor Ingram
The Lightning have acquired Matt Dumba and a 2025 seventh-round pick from the Coyotes for a 2027 fifth-round pick.

Dumba is an impending unrestricted free agent with a $3.9 million AAV. The 29-year-old defenseman has seen his offensive production steadily decline over the years but still provides defensive depth for Tampa Bay. In 58 games this season, Dumba has 10 points (4G / 6A), 148 hits, and 84 blocks.

Matt Dumba
Raanta has cleared waivers and been reassigned to the Chicago Wolves (AHL).

Raanta, Tony DeAngelo, and Brendan Lemieux were all placed on waivers by the Hurricanes on Thursday as the team was clearing cap space toward their eventual acquisition of Jake Guentzel. Raanta has struggled this season, including being placed on waivers earlier in the year, and has a 2.99 GAA and .872 SV% through 24 games this season (12-7-2).

Antti Raanta
Brossoit was in the starter's crease at Friday's morning skate.

On the front of a back-to-back, the Jets will likely turn to Brossoit between the pipes on Friday night. Brossoit has been tremendous when called upon, winning three straight, including a 5-2 victory over the Buffalo Sabres on March 3rd when he saved 17 of 19 shots (.895 SV%). The Jets enter action as -127 road favourites against a Kraken club that defeated them 4-3 in their last outing.

Laurent Brossoit
Terry (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Friday vs. Dallas.

Terry played two games after returning from an injury, tallying one point (0G / 1A), but returned to the sidelines on Wednesday due to an upper-body injury. The Ducks, now without Adam Henrique (trade), and possibly Mason McTavish (lower-body), will be hard-pressed to find offence if Terry is unable to suit up.

Troy Terry
McTavish (lower body) will be a game-time decision on Friday vs. Dallas.

The Ducks avoided a potentially devastating loss as McTavish did not suffer any broken bones after suffering a lower-body injury in a 4-3 win over the New Jersey Devils on March 1st. McTavish has missed two straight games but could return to the lineup on Friday against the Dallas Stars. Before his injury, McTavish had nine points (4G / 5A) in his last eight games.
