Hellebuyck will start Friday afternoon in Anaheim.
Hellebuyck allowed five goals on 29 shots in the Jets’ loss in Nashville on Monday. The loss snapped three-game winning streak for Hellebuyck, who was given Wednesday night off, but will be back in cage tonight in Anaheim. Hellebuyck has gone 4-2-1 with a 2.71 GAA and .919 SV% on the road this season.

Bernier will start Friday in Minnesota.
Bernier stopped all 28 shots that he faced in Colorado’s shutout win over the Stars on Wednesday. Bernier has won two in a row, turning away 59 of 62 shots (.952 SV%). Today he will make his third straight start in Minnesota—he has gone 1-3-0 with a 4.26 GAA and .870 SV% on the road.

Goalie Start
Quick leads the Kings onto the ice for warmups.
Quick was pulled after he allowed three goals on nine shots in the Kings loss in Vegas soon Sunday. It was a disappointing start for Quick, who has now lost five straight starts while allowing a combined 15 goals on 142 shots (.894 SV%). His recent struggles combined with his difficult matchup tonight make him an average starting option.

Rinne leads the Predators onto the ice for warmups.
Rinne allowed three goals on 35 shots in the Predators win over the Jets on Monday. Rinne has won six of his last seven starts while posting a 2.98 GAA and .910 SV%. The veteran has been great on home ice, going 7-0-1 with a 2.58 GAA and .912 SV% this season.

Murray gets the call Wednesday vs. the Canucks.
Murray allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Penguins loss to Chicago on Saturday. Murray has gone 6-1-1 with a 2.12 GAA and .935 SV% at PPG Paints Arena so far this season. In his first start of the season against the Canucks, Murray allowed four goals on 21 shots in a 4-2 loss.

Bobrovsky stopped 30 of 32 shots in the Blue Jackets win in Buffalo on Monday. The win extended Bobrovsky’s winning streak to four and gives him a league leading .933 SV% through 17 games. Tonight he takes on the Flames on home ice, where he is 6-3-0 with a 1.66 GAA and.946 SV% this season.

Niemi will start Wednesday in Nashville.
Niemi allowed one goal on four shots in his Canadiens debut after he replacing Charlie Lindgren in Saturday’s loss to Toronto. With Lindgren starting last night and Carey Price still hurt, it looks like Niemi may make his first start with Montreal tonight. He has been absolutely dreadful in his six appearances this season (6.67 GAA / .820 SV%).

Nilsson will start Wednesday in Pittsburgh.
Nilsson allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Canucks loss to St. Louis on Saturday. It wasn’t a great performance for Nilsson, but with the Canucks in Pittsburgh on the tail-end of a back-to-back, look for Nilsson to get back between the pipes tonight. The 27-year-old has gone 3-1-0 with a 1.89 GAA and .945 SV% on the road.
