Smith was recalled from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) for the first time this season after scoring four goals, 10 assists, and 10 PIMs in 26 games. The 22-year-old has seven goals, 36 assists, and 146 SOG across 114 previous NHL games with the New Jersey Devils. He will see his first action as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins Friday when he draws into the lineup for an injured Kris Letang.

Zohorna has five goals, 11 assists, 11 PIMs and a +8 plus/minus through 20 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) but has been recalled for a second time this season. In five previous games with the Flames in 2022-23, he failed to pick up a point, with three SOG and a -1 plus/minus.

Goligoski has a goal, two assists and 28 SOG through 16 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Thursday as Jacob Middleton returns to the lineup (illness). The. 37-year-old will hope to be back in the lineup sooner rather than later.

Levitchi had seven goals, six assists, four PIMs and a -9 plus/minus through 24 games with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL). He will be making his NHL debut Thursday vs. Montreal.

Hutton was a healthy scratch for Vegas' last two games but will draw back into the lineup Wednesday as they take on the Ducks. The 29-year-old has one assist, 13 SOG and a -5 plus/minus through nine games so far this season.

Wideman has four assists, 24 SOG and 41 PIMs in 21 games played so far this season but will be a healthy scratch Wednesday vs. Tampa Bay. Justin Barron will be making his season debut in his place.

Johnson has two goals, one assist, 25 PIMs and 18 SOG through 23 games this season and will draw back into Chicago's lineup Tuesday as they face the Carolina Hurricanes.

Khaira has three goals, three assists, 29 SOG and 18 PIMs through 29 games with Chicago but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday as Reese Johnson draws back into the lineup.

Mitchell has two assists, five SOG and is a -5 plus/minus through seven games with the Blackhawks this season but will head to the press box as a healthy scratch Tuesday. Caleb Jones will be his replacement on Chicago's blueline.
