Chiarot fractured his hand in a fight last Wednesday and underwent surgery on Monday. The Canadiens announced that he'll miss at least six weeks, so expect Victor Mete to remain in the lineup and for Alexander Romanov to play an expanded role.

Chiraot hurt his hand in a fight on Wednesday and did not return. Canadiens head coach Dominique Ducharme said that Chiarot will not be available in Calgary, so look for Victor Mete to be back in the lineup.

Chiarot missed the last two games with a lower-body issue but will replace Brett Kulak in the lineup on Monday. Chiarot has three goals and one assist in his last 10 games.

Chiarot suffered a lower-body injury in Detroit on Tuesday and will miss Thursday's game vs. the Oilers. With Chiarot out, Marco Scandella will be on the top-pair with Shea Weber and Cale Fleury will be back in.


Chiarot has missed the last three games but will replace Sami Niku in the lineup on Tuesday. Chiarot has four goals and four assists (eight points) with a plus-6 rating and 38 PIMS in 45 games this season.

Chiarot was not on the ice for the Jets’ morning skate and will not play on Tuesday. Luckily for the Jets, Tyler Myers is set to return from a lower-body injury of his own and will replace Chiarot on the back-end.




Chiarot is a valuable third-pairing defensemen for the Jets, but has had difficult time staying healthy during his young NHL career. The 26-year-old tallied two goals and 10 assists (12 points) in 59 games while averaging 15:19 TOI/GM including 1:58 SH TOI/GM a season ago.

Chiarot is day-to-day with an upper-body injury and will not play Tuesday vs. the Flyers. With Chiarot out, Nelson Nogier will make his NHL debut on the Jets' blueline.

Chiarot missed the morning skate and is listed as a game-time decision for Saturday’s game. If Chiarot can’t play then Julian Melchiori will get back into the Jets’ lineup.

Chiarot has missed the last 12 games with an illness, but will return to the lineup tonight vs.the Blackhawks. Chiarot will replace Mark Stuart in the lineup and comes into play with just six assists in 43 games this season.

Chiarot played 15:08 in the season opener but was a healthy scratch on Saturday. Tonight he will replace Mark Stuart in the lineup and will be paired with Paul Postma.

Chiarot was a minus-1 in 15:08 during the Jets’ season opener on Thursday. Chiarot will be replaced by Mark Stuart on Saturday.

Chiarot was a minus-2 in 10:05 on Saturday and will be replaced by Adam Pardy tonight in St. Louis.

Chiarot, 24, missed a chunk of time after having hand surgery this past season, but he finished his rookie season with eight points (2G / 6A) in 40 games with Winnipeg. In 24 games at the AHL level, he tallied four goals and five assists.

Chiarot played in Game 1, but was a healthy scratch in games 2 and 3. Chiarot played 16:21 in Game 1 while paired with Dustin Byfuglien, tonight he is expected to be paired with Jacob Trouba. Chiarot had eight points (2G / 6A) in 40 games this season.
